Premium Payment Warranty It is a condition precedent to any liability of QBE under this Policy that all premiums due to QBE under this Policy shall be paid within 60 days from inception of the Period of Insurance. If premiums are not received by QBE by midnight on this due date, this Policy shall be void with effect from inception of the Period of Insurance.
