Made up beds and breakfast, categories I, II, III and IV Cat I These rooms are simple, comfortable and adequate. The beds are made and rooms cleaned daily. Clean towels are supplied. Guests have access to communal sitting room. Cat II In addition to category I, all rooms have hand basins. Cat III In addition to categories I and II, rooms have private facilities. Cat IV Better-equipped rooms with private facilities in country hotels. Cottages A, B, C and D: All cottages have cooking facilities and the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery for the registered number of guests. Bed linen and duvets are supplied. There are four types of cottages: A, B, C and D, and the difference between the categories is mainly a question of extra facilities and comfort. A These cottages are simple and need only to be one room and WC facilities. B These cottages have at least one separate bedroom. Refrigerator and coffee maker. Shower facilities in the area. C In addition to the requirements of A and B, there is a shower in the cottage. D These are cottages with requirements of at least one well-equipped bedroom with (beside tables and wardrobe). Comfortable and tasteful furniture. Outside the cottage is a veranda with barbecue, garden furniture and a hot tub. Sleeping bag accommodation without breakfast Sleeping bag accommodation can be in ordinary-sized rooms (1-4 persons) and is mostly in beds, although mattresses are sometimes provided when extra beds are needed.

This applies to both individual bookings and organised tours. Cancellations: All cancellations should be in writing and be notified as soon as possible to

Liability: Icelandic Farm Holidays Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the acts, defaults or delay of any agent, hotel, coach, operator, airline, guide, restaurant or any other persons or companies, however caused. IFH is not responsible for losses in the event of force majour, such as natural catastrophes, strikes or other corresponding causes. We also reserve the right to alter routes due to road or weather conditions without prior notice. In the rare cases that there is a double booking or a good reason for moving the guest, we reserve the right to do so by providing similar accommodation or better in the same area. Children: • Children 2-11 years old, accompanied by 2 adults who they share a room with, will receive 50% discount from listed price. Children under 2 years stay free of charge when sharing room with parents. • Children staying in a separate room pay full price.. • When one adult is travelling with one child, we charge full double room price. We can not guarantee reservations if guests arrive after 18:00 (6 PM):
