It has been pointed out to us that Table 4, which lists the recommended standard values for the solution to the benchmark problems, contains a typographical error. In case 1 the correct value for the kinetic energy Ekin is 30.773 ± 0.020 (not 30.733 ± 0.020). We thank Andrew Jackson for drawing attention to this error, which could be confusing when testing a dynamo code at a high precision level.
