Pas d’arrêt de la chimiothérapie Hospitalisation courte (J0 ou J1) Radiothérapie post-opératoire
25% des lésions osseuses métastatiques siègent dans la partie proximale du fémur les patients à haut risque de fractures pathologiques

RESULTATS CLINIQUES • Peu ou pas d’arrêt de la chimiothérapie en pre-opératoire • Diminution de la douleur • Reprise de la marche • Durée d’hospitalisation courte : généralement 0j à 1j • Radiothérapie post-opératoire réalisée sur une zone d’irradiation localisée
