Partner Solution Consultant Date: June 6, 2012 Location: EMEA Start date: ASAP Position Description: This position entails a high level of responsibility to lead and execute NEXThink technical consulting activities in relation with strategic partners (Technology Alliances, Outsourcers, VAR/SI). The position consists of working closely with the technical consultants and the service specialists of our business partners in order to help integrate NEXThink as a major value added component into their technology platform and their service delivery processes. You are a key resource to help drive the growth and success of NEXThink’s strategic global Business Development activities. You will work with the VP Business Development & Alliances. Job Duties: •

You are able to define and configure the technical integration and the configuration of NEXThink in line with our partners technology and service offering to address today’s IT challenges (Security, Virtualization, ITIL, Consumerization, Performance, Outsourcing, ...) Acting as subject matter expert for NEXThink technology and products at each stage of the deployment process from pre-‐sales to implementation Explaining to partners the technical features and benefits of NEXThink solutions Deliver presentations, demonstration and trainings to partners and their customers Understand NEXThink partners challenges Conducting proofs of concept, documenting and presenting results to partners Writing partner specific documentation and solution guides Acting as trusted advisor and contact for existing partners Understand partner’s product requirements to report to product management and marketing
Qualifications and Requirements: • • • • • • • • • •
5+ years of experience as a consultant in the IT industry Excellent technical background Strong solution mindset for the IT industry Very good oral and written communication skills Strong ability to deliver effective product demonstration Must be willing to travel to partners and clients across Europe and sometimes the US Well-‐organized and proven ability to get things done Fast-‐learner, self-‐driven, requiring minimum supervision Highly motivated and enthusiastic Fluent in English (written and spoken). French is a plus. Other languages appreciated
