2. Installation You absolutely need to have ArmA: Armed Assault version 1.09 installed: (Downoad the Official patches) Extract files OFrP_x.pbo and OFrP_x.bikey in C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA\Addons. Overwrite any previous versions. For a better installation, you can create an OFrP folder in your main ArmA folder : @OFrP\Addons To activate it, add mod OFrP in the target of your ArmA.exe : "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA\ARMA.EXE" -mod=@OFrP

Note : The executable OFrP Objets v1.0.exe will install everything for you. It will not modify or change your ArmA installation. It will only intall the OFrP .pbo in your game folder.

Copyright End User License Agreement for OFrP Addons From OFrP and Bohemia Interactive Community IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY : THE ACCOMPANYING ADDONS (WHICH INCLUDES THE ADDONS, THE MEDIA AND RELATED DOCUMENTATION IN PRINTED OR ELECTRONIC FORM) ARE LICENSED TO YOU ON THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW, WHICH CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, OPERATION FRENCHPOINT TEAM ("OFrP") AND THE BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE STUDIO S.R.O. ("BI STUDIO"). BY OPENING THIS PACKAGE, AND/OR INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE USING THE ADDONS, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WITH OFrP AND BI STUDIO. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE ADDONS. This legal document is an agreement between you, the end user, OFrP and BI Studio, for OFrP Addons, which includes the addons and associated media, electronic documentation, and any upgrades, modified versions, or updates of the addons licensed to you by OFrP and BI (Bohemia Interactive), (collectively "Addons"). OFrP and BI are willing to license the addons to you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this agreement. GRANT OF LICENSE A) OFrP and BI grant to you a personal, nonexclusive and nontransformable license to use the addons for the purpose of entertainement for PC CD-ROM game Armed-Assault, VBS2, and Operation Flashpoint provided that you are the only individual using said Addons and provided that you do not modify or alter the Addons. You may also make personal copies (either in hard copy or electronic form) of any electronic documents included with the Addons only for your personal use. B) You acknowledge and agree that OFrP and BI and not obligated to provide technical or other support of any kind for the Addons. C) You acknowledge and agree that OFrP and BI are providing you the Addons free of charge for entertainement only and you agree to not commercially exploit the Addons, use the Addons for military training or any other ‘serious’ use or include the Addons in any research & development program without OFrP and BI’s prior written permission. COPYRIGHT/PROPRIETARY RIGHTS You agree that OFrP, BI and/or its licensors own all right, title and interest in the Addons and in all patents, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, know how and trade secrets relating to the design, manufacture, operation or service of the Addons. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved by OFrP and BI Studio. Unauthorized copying or use of the Addons, or failure to comply with the restrictions provided in this Agreement, will result in automatic termination of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall change OFrP, BI’s or any of its licensors’ ownership rights to their respective intellectual property, including but not limited to the Addons. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Page 6 sur 7

THE ADDONS ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS AND TREATIES. OFrP, BI STUDIO OR ITS LICENSORS OWN THE TITLE, COPYRIGHT, AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE ADDONS. COPYING THE ADDONS EXCEPT AS PERMITTED BY THIS AGREEMENT IS COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY. IF YOU COPY THE ADDONS IN VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT THEN YOU ARE VIOLATING THE LAW. YOU MAY BE LIABLE TO OFrP AND BI STUDIO FOR DAMAGES AND YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PENALTIES. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. OFrP AND BI STUDIO DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OFrP AND BI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE ADDONS. IN NO EVENT WILL OFrP AND BI STUDIO BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT OFrP AND BI STUDIO HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
