CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE/CONDITII CALATORIE 1. The ticket shall be valid as long as Blue Air operates on the respective destination. 2. Changes of the travel date, name and route (permitted only for destinations in the same country) are allowed only for the tariff classes that have this option stated in the respective travel conditions and can be made at the Call Center and in the airport. 3. No seat is given to an infant; it shall sit in its parents’ arms. 4. Please request the fiscal invoice to Blue Air ticketing office in Baneasa Airport, before departure, provided that you bought the ticket from www.blueair.ro site. 5. For special services please contact us at the Call Center in Romania, at +40 21 2088686, in Bucuresti Baneasa International Airport or at our representative office in the destination airports. 6. You are not allowed to introduce in your checked-in baggage money, jewelry, precious metals, laptop computers, personal electronic items, important papers, documents, passports or other identity documents. The failure to respect such recommendation exonerates us from any liability related to the loss, deterioration or destruction of the above-mentioned items, which may occur during handling or transportation. 7. Acceptance of baggage by the holder of the baggage identification tag without any claim upon delivery is sufficient evidence that the baggage was delivered under proper conditions and according to the Carriage Agreement. All claims shall be made in writing. The deadline for the settlement of claims in case of lost or deteriorated baggage shall be 45 days from the submission date of the claim and damages shall be paid within maximum 90 days. Blue Air shall not take into consideration any claim submitted after that period. 8. We reserve our right to refuse your carriage in the following situations: 8.1 you have a visible state of anxiety further to alcohol or drug consumption and your behavior may jeopardize the safety of the flight; 8.2. your health condition is not good and you do not have the doctor's recommendation regarding your ability to travel by plane; 8.3 if during a previous flight with our company you had an inappropriate behavior and we have reasons to believe that this will happen again; 8.4. if you refuse to comply with our conditions regarding the content, form and sizes of your baggage; 8.5 if you refuse the performance of the security check for you or your baggage; 8.6 if you failed to pay the tariffs, charges or overcharges related to the flight; 8.7 if you fail to observe our instructions regarding flight safety and security; 8.8 if you threat or insult the members of Blue Air crew and/or employees 9. Passengers may bring on board one re-sealable plastic bag that is a maximum size of 1 litre .The liquids must be placed in separate, 100 ml (3.5 fl oz) containers that fit into the transparent bag, which passengers must then present at security check-points. 1. Biletul este valabil atata timp cat Blue Air opereaza pe destinatia respectiva. 2. Schimbarile de data, nume si ruta(acceptata numai pentru destinatiile din aceeasi tara) sunt permise doar claselor tarifare care au prevazuta aceasta optiune in regulament si se pot efectua prin intermediul Call Center sau in aeroport. 3. Infantul nu ocupa loc in avion; va sta in bratele parintilor. 4. Va rugam sa solicitati factura fiscala inainte de calatorie la biroul de ticketing Blue Air situat in Aeroportul Baneasa, doar in cazul achizitionarii biletului de pe site-ul www.blueair.ro 5. Pentru servicii speciale va rugam sa ne contactati la Call Center in Romania +40 21 2088686, la Aeroportul International Bucuresti Baneasa sau la reprezentantii nostri din aeroporturile de destinatie. 6. Nu trebuie sa introduceti in bagajul de cala bani, bijuterii, metale pretioase, laptop, obiecte electronice personale, documente importante, acte, pasapoarte sau alte documente de identitate. Nerespectarea acestei recomandari ne exonereaza de responsabilitate pentru pierderea, deteriorarea sau distrugerea obiectelor mentionate, produsa in timpul manipularii sau transportului. 7. Acceptarea bagajului de catre posesorul etichetei de identificare fara o reclamatie la momentul predarii este o proba suficienta ca bagajul a fost predat in conditii bune si in concordanta cu Contractul de Transport. Toate reclamatiile trebuie facute in scris. Termenul limita de solutionare a reclamatiilor in cazul bagajelor pierdute sau deteriorate este de 45 de zile de la data depunerii reclamatiei urmind ca despagubirile sa se efectueze in maximum 90 de zile. Orice reclamatie ulterioara nu este luata in considerare de catre Blue Air Transport Aerian. 8. Ne rezervam dreptul de a refuza transportul dumneavoastra in urmatoarele situatii: 8.1 va aflati intr-o stare vizibila de agitatie ca urmare a consumului de alcool sau droguri, comportamentul dumneavoastra putind periclita siguranta zborului; 8.2 cand starea dumneavoastra de sanatate nu este buna si nu aveti recomandarea medicului ca puteti calatori cu avionul; 8.3 daca ati avut un comportament neadecvat in timpul unui zbor anterior al companiei noastre si noi avem motive sa credem ca acest lucru se va repeta; 8.4 daca refuzati sa indepliniti conditiile noastre privind continutul forma si dimensiunile bagajelor dumneavoastra; 8.5 daca refuzati sa va supuneti controlului de securitate, dumneavoastra sau bagajul dumneavoastra; 8.6 daca nu ati platit tarifele, taxele sau suprataxele aferente zborului; 8.7 daca nu respectati instructiunile noastre legate de siguranta si securitatea zborului; 8.8 daca folositi cuvinte de amenintare sau insultati membrii echipajului sau/si angajatii Blue Air. 9. Pasagerii vor putea sa ia in bagajul de mana decat flacoane sau tuburi cu un continut mai mic de 100 de ml. Ansamblul acestor recipiente va trebui sa se afle intr-o punga din plastic, transparenta de cel mult 1 litru care sa permita sigilarea. Va multumim ca ati ales compania Blue Air!
