CEE-licence:
Tous les tireurs moins de 23 ans ont besoin d`une CEE licence (20 €). Les licences sont commandées par les bureaux des Fédérations nationales responsables.

Antidopage:
Un contrôle antidopage sera effectué.

Arbitres:
À partir de quatre tireurs un arbitre, à partir de huit tireurs deux arbitres etc.; amende par arbitre manquant EUR 300. Ce règlement s'applique aux participants allemands (par club) et aux participants etrangers (par nation).

L´organisateur ne prend pas de résponsabilité en cas d´accident

The tournament is open for all German and foreign fencers born in 2002 and older. Registration for all fencers (Germans and foreigners) and referees have to be made on the website of European Fencing Confederation by national federations offices (http://www.eurofencing.info)

20 € per person on location All fencers under 23 years old need an E.F.C. licence (20 €). The licences will be ordered by the respective national federations.
8. Responsability:
From four fencers up to seven one referee, from eight fencers two referees etc. Fee for absent referee: EUR 300. This rule apllies to German fencers per club, to foreign fencers per nation. The organiser assumes no liability. The participants are responsable for their equipment.
9 Jurisdiction:
The participants accept the jurisdiction of the German Fencing Federation.
10. Remarks:
Masks with transparent visor are forbidden! Smoking is forbidden in the fencing hall. Only sports shoes are allowed in the fencing hall. There is a cafeteria and a stand in the fencing hall.
