■ Product Owner of a Big Data Hadoop project aiming to collect industrial data from Manufacturing Execution Systems (time-series) and supply chain management systems. Responsible for leading development team in charge of setting up data stream from several information silo and modelling data into a data lake. Designed a graph tool and set up tools for data analyst and machine learning apps. Used Agile Scrum methodology and set up a continuous integration process. Took part of a POC demonstrating how Hadoop can handle, with low latency, massive and continuous industrial process data flow. Key achievements: first version built in 3 months thanks to the involvement of the team and the Agile process. Built a high-performance team (10 workers). Improved decisionmaking skills.
