Mr Nixon's SReech of 30 June 1970 1s a c o n c r e t e and s t r l k i m g m a n i f e s t a t i o n of t h i s shameïessness. A s regards Cambodia, l t 1s k n o m t o everyone t h a t t h e ü n i t e d S t a t e s has sabotaged t h e 1954 &neva agreements on Indochina, e s t a b l i s h e d an a g g r e s s i v e m i ï i t a r y b l o c i n Southeast A.5ia. a r b i t r a r i l y p u t Cambodla under t h e " p m t e c t i v e ' wnbreïia o f t h i s b l o c . p l o t t e d on s e v e r a l occasions t o overthrow Head of S t a t e Sihanouk, v i o l a t e d Cambodia t e r r i t o r y more t h a n 8,000 times from 1961 t o 1970. organlzed t h e b n Nol-Sirik Mitak c l i q u e t o s t a g e t h e coup d ' e t a t of 18 Mirch 1970, and on 29 and 30 April 1970 dlspatohed POO.000 U.S.Saigon Puppet t r o o p s i n a massive i n v a s i o n of Cambodia. Nevertheless, plr Nixon ha% p u t t h e blame on t h e DRV and b r a z e n l y slandered t h e DRV by saylng t h a t i t "has widened t h e war i n Cambodla!"

Mr Nixon said t h a t a f t e r 30 June 1970 t h e b l t e d S t a t e s w l l l no l o n g e r l a u n c h a g g r e s s i o n a g a i n s t Cambodia. However. U.S. a c t i o n s i n Cambodia and even Mr Nixon's s t a t e m e n t s of 30 June c o n t r a d i c t h l s words. A--U.S.

Also I n h i s speech of 30 June M r Nixon l i e d w l t h regard t o t h e " m l l l t a r y r e s u l t s " of U.S. a g g r e s s l o n i n Cambodla. Mr Nixon 1s v e r y s k l l l f u l i n l y i n g b u t cannot conceal h i s m i l i t a r y and p o l i t i c a l setbacks a s t h e r e s u l t of t h e U.S. a g g r e s s l o n i n Cambodia.
