Municipal Library and “Larzac village d’Europe” association have the pleasure of invinting you to participate in an

International Mail Art Project to be exhibited as part of the

Festival du Roc Castel 2017 “In Praise of Slow Travel” 8th edition

Create an original and surprising Mail Art work on the theme of TRAVEL… Tell us about the different people, cultures and languages you have come across ; and also your imaginary journeys, your stationary journeys and those of your dreams ; or simply what the word ’’travel’’ evokes for you.   All forms of illustration are possible : calligraphy, collage, drawing, painting, printmaking,needlework, weaving, engraving, sculpture, folding, etc., upon whatever support you like.  Please include the stamp, plus sender’s and receiver’s addresses in your work

The Caylar is situated on the Larzac plateau, 70 km NW of Montpellier, in South of France Conditions of participation : the works will neither be judged, nor will they be used for commercial purposes. They will be on show in the premises of the Caylar library. Each participant will receive the name and address of all canditates with a word of thanks.
