Rwanda has been gravely scarred by cyclic violence due to bad governance, ethnical hatred and all forms of exclusion. Such a situation calls for major political changes. It require a radical change in the policy of actual regime, in particular by getting the democratic process back on track, securing all the population’s layers; promoting social peace, national reconciliation, rehabilitating socio-economic infrastructures, bringing peace to the African Great Lakes and bringing back regional cooperation. convinced that it is time to fight for the fulfilment of the Rwandese people in order to allow them to go against the reign of terror and to be the number one player of their own destiny, the UDF united into a single political party to boost the democratic process, one and only tool capable of giving hope back to the Rwandese people and enabling them to take faith into their own hands.
