Honeywell Spectra Shield® II SA-3113 ballistic composite material Honeywell’s most flexible high performance soft armor material combines Honeywell’s patented Spectra® fiber with Shield technology. Spectra Shield® II SA-3113 is a roll product consisting of two plies of unidirectional Spectra® fiber, crossplied at 0˚/90˚ and sandwiched in a thermoplastic film.
