Issues of the common refom: Introduction : The most deadly causes in the Western World are : -Cardiovascular diseases mainly due to overweight or eating disorders -Cancers -Lung Diseases Added to this, sicknesses as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases need an appropriate attendant measure for both the patients and their families. There are also less serious diseases which can poison everyone’s life or little need that have to be satisfied. So our new health care reform will permit to fight against all these issues and keep you healthy for a long time.
We feel the need to create a new health care reform because the current one presents lots of weaknesses:
Our solutions: -Each citizen will get free office hours every year in order to better diagnose serious diseases -To control sick leaves given by general practitioners to avoid abuses
-Fraud costs a lot of money to the public health care system -Increase of public expenses -Lack : a significant part of citizens were not covered so the new health care must be affordable for everyone without worsening the federal deficit
-To create an international commission which will be able to compare data on citizens who are suspected of fraud -To create a system which will prevent law income families from paying fees on drugs, on office hours and on hospitalizations -To invest money for scientific researches to find new treatments to cure serious and scarce diseases

Address of President Obama to the American people:
When I spoke to you recently I explained to you the need to fight against terrorists in Iraq which threaten the security of each nation. But I understand that your today mainly concerned about matters that to have to face with day after day. That is the international community has just decided to create an international health care reform signed by western countries for citizens to be able to get a really efficient health system. Indeed the economic crisis has increased the federal deficit so that it is necessary to reduce our federal budget. This new reform will be able to take up this challenge. Of course you will ask me why an international reform will succeed where nations have failed. It will be first forked out by each country in proportion to its own population. For the United States this will permit to divide by half our health spending. Each citizen will get free office hours each month in order to be able to earlier diagnose diseases so that it will help to easily cure sicknesses when they are noticed before they become more serious. We want to regularly follow-up care for everyone because prevention is better than cure. Added to this we want to create a fair system so low-income families will no more pay fees on drugs, office hours and hospitalization. These fees are necessary to create a feasible system which will be financed by itself because it cannot become a drain on each country finances. But fees will only be on oral health so if in case of serious illness the reform will permit everyone to afford the appropriate treatments. In order to fight against fraud which threatens the stability of the health system, the International Health Control Commission will focus on this matter and could control sick leaves granted by the general practitioner to avoid abuse. Finally a part of the health budget will be collected to help scientific researchers at an international level. It will be more efficient because scientists will be able better to work on international projects to find new medical treatments for serious as scarce diseases. So yes, we can put this reform in place, this reform which is necessary for everyone’s daily life and for the future generations to get an efficient health care system.
