Description : private villa (100 m²) with private swimming pool (9 x 4,5 m), comprising 3 double bedrooms, living room with open fireplace, TV and dining area, off which is the kitchen ; the kitchen contains electric four-ring hob, microwave, countertop electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with frozen food compartment and a gas outdoor grill ; one bathroom with bath, toilet and washing-machine; one shower room with shower and toilet ; a terrace around the house on the south and west sides, a garden enclosed by an electric gate with parking for up to three cars. INSURANCE: The tenant is entirely responsible for all insurance associated with his/her tenancy of the property, including risk of theft, fire, water damage, damage to the furniture at the premises, complaints from the neighbours, and undertakes to satisfy the owner promptly in the event of damage or loss. As a consequence, Madame Olgiati accepts no liability for any redress that her own insurance company might seek from the tenant. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the courts of the Cabris area shall apply.

- 2Villa la Cabrière - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR HOLIDAY LETTING YOUR RESERVATION The house accommodates 6 people. How many people will there be in your party ? ARRIVAL, VERIFICATION OF AMENITIES AND CONDITION OF PROPERTY, DEPOSIT Your arrival is expected on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm. It is convenient if you say in advance at about what time you’ll be arriving. Then, before your arrival, phone to Mme Boyer so that she can go to the property to welcome you. Mme Boyer will show you the house, check the inventory with you and see that you are comfortable. She’ll give you the keys (two sets). You’ll give her the balance of the rental, fees for optional services, the returnable deposit and bank details for its return. Any subsequent malfunction of the facilities should be notified to Mme Boyer without delay, or else the repair could be deducted from the deposit.

 The following optional services are to be paid in cas at your arrival : • OPTIONAL: SHEET AND TOWEL SERVICE : [ ] YES : ____ € / [ ] NO : 0 € Sheets and towels can be made available at a cost of 15 euros per person and per week. A change of linen will be provided for your next week. We undertake the laundry of the linen. • OPTIONAL: BEDS-MADE-UP SERVICE : [ ] YES : ____ € / [ ] NO : 0 € If you would like the beds to be made up ready for your arrival please add 10 euros per room. • OPTIONAL CLEANING SERVICE AT END OF STAY : [ ] YES : 90 € / [ ] NO : 0 € You must leave the house in the same clean condition in which you find it. Do you wish us to provide for a cleaner to undertake the final cleaning for you at a cost of 90 euros ? This amount will be increased if it is found when you come to leave that it will take more than the normal 5 hours to clean the house thoroughly (the rate includes all compulsory social security contributions). •

IN ADDITION : CENTRAL HEATING : will be charged 65 € per week during winter time.

SAFETY For the safety of property, the tenant keeps the garden closed and uses the safe box for precious items. The tenant does not accept visits from unknown people, except if announced by Mrs Boyer (gardener and swimming-pool keeper for instance). TELEPHONE The fixed telephone (+33 (0)4 93 60 50 03) may be used for emergency numbers and to receive calls (for personal calls, use a phone card, or your cellular). SWIMMING POOL The swimming pool is professionally maintained. Please follow these recommendations to keep the water at its best: make sure you are clean when you enter the water, and keep use of suntan lotions to a minimum before swimming. The swimming pool is fenced off to prevent small children from entering unsupervised. GARDEN BE AWARE OF THE RISK OF FIRE! Do not make any fire or bonfire in the garden, and if you smoke, do not leave your cigarette lighter in the sun and always use an ash tray. The garden is professionally maintained. YOUR DEPARTURE YOU MUST LEAVE BY 10 AM AT THE LATEST ON SATURDAY MORNING. Please let Mme Boyer know in advance what time you will be leaving; she will need 15 to 30 minutes to check the condition of the property, read the meters and collect the keys from you.
