The technical premium of this policy is USD 255,000 for a fleet of 3 units for a Total Sum Insured of USD 36,000,000. At inception of the Policy, the agreed premium (the technical premium) will be called at 70 % and so will be any additional and/or return of premium for the duration of this policy. The final premium volume for this policy will be adjusted upon expiry at 100/70th of the claims of this policy year, with a minimum being equal to the called technical premium (Minimum Annual Premium of USD 178,500), and a maximum being equal to 130 % of the technical premium (Maximum Annual Premium of USD 331,500). The adjustment computation will be done at the end of a 3 months period following the expiry of the policy, based on the claims known and/or declared on the policy year. Should some deterioration or some improvement appears later on further to the closing of the outstanding claims files, the final premium payable on this policy will be adjusted accordingly. The Claims will include all known paid or outstanding claims (net of applicable deductible) at the time the overall losses record I submitted to the underwriters hereon. It is furthermore hereby agreed that all outstanding amounts considered are the figures estimated by the underwriters based on surveyor’s reports/estimates.
