Hi Ali, Here is the link to the latest MVP Preston package. ftp://ftp.evertz.com/private/preston Download the mvp-2.17.1.efp file and open it as a zipped file. It will contain the firmware. Download the mvp-setup-2.17.1.exe file. This is the installation file for the software. I have attached two documents. One detailing how to upgrade the cards and one detailing what to do when installing the software on a Windows 7 machine. You can upgrade the cards in Maestro. On the system page right-click on the system and select 'View System Hardware'. This will display all of the cards. Right-click on each card and select either 'Show version' or 'Upgrade'. The firmware version on the cards is continuously scrolling on the card edge display of each card. Also what version of Maestro are you using? What is the reason for the upgrade?
