Lever calibration This applies to top mounted controls, twin installation. NOTE! Both levers should be calibrated at the same time, to give the same lever travel/positions for both engines.
NOTE! If two 7” color displays are used on one helm station they must be configured as SINGLE and SINGLE SECONDARY (for single installations) and as TWIN and TWIN SECONDARY (for twin installations).

(Electronic Steering) When starting the system for the first time it needs to be purged from air. NOTE! To ensure proper venting for the steering system, top fill the oil and start the engine to purge the system. Top fill the system if needed after engine stop.
Powertrim calibration (Aquamatic) NOTE! It is enough just to calibrate the Power Trim for one of the helm stations. The EVC system stores the trim positions. NOTE! Do not run the engine during Power Trim calibration. NOTE! Twin installation: The PowerTrim for both drives should be calibrated at the same time.
Fuel tank settings NOTE! For “Fuel multi-point calibration” and “Full tank calibration”, please refer to Installation EVCD Electronic Vessel Control D3, D4, D6, D9, D11, D13. IMPORTANT! In case of one fuel tank this must be configured on the port side. In case of two fuel tanks the first must be configured on the port side and the second one must be configured on the starboard side. IMPORTANT! Activate helm station by pushing the ACTIVE STATION BUTTON on the control lever.

Default is off (0%)
Joystick calibration (Electronic Steering) This calibration only needs to be performed if the boat movement does not corresponds to the movement of the joystick NOTE! Calibration only needs to be done in one direction, port or starboard, on one helm station.
Reset Calibration
Idling speed calibration (if needed) NOTE! When calibrating idling speed the Full Throttle Forwards position on the lever corresponds to maximum idling speed.
Toe-in/Toe-out (Electronic Steering) The toe-in setting can be adjusted to optimize for top speed or cruising speed. To select the best toe-in, each new boat design needs to be tested with different settings by the boat manufacturer. Toe adjustments are only efficient above 2500 engine RPMs. Toe Adjustment increments are 0.1 degree. Each 0.1 degree equals 3 mm of tie-bar length adjustment. Maximum adjustment is ± 2.0 degrees. Default Toe-in setting is 0 degrees.
Drive type calibration (D3) The drive type calibration is done with the engines off. NOTE! DPS drive is the default drive. Only use this procedure for SX drives. The type of drive must be selected for twin engine installations to enable counter rotating capabilities.
