hriving under the bliss of God, my school is like a garden of blossoming beautiful flowers. I and our beautiful team of teachers & non teaching staff are working together, hand in hand with prosperity under our Director Jeanne PERE / Mummy jee ( Founder and Sponsor ) and Secretary Anand Vikram.. With great faith and hope we are working and serving our poor and orphan children. We have an intimate impact on them and they have made some place in our heart. We can tell now that we understand the real meaning of social work and social worker. Nothing in the world can be greater than that ! A real social worker is worshipped for ever in our Society. Our school is the main one of « Jeanamitabh Welfare Trust » and has been running and prospering for eight years. This is a boarding school where the children are kept and taught all free of cost – fooding, lodging, clothing and all types of facilities provided - The strength of this school is about 250 students. Besides it, many primary schools are functionning in different rural areas. Basically, the children are guided to be dynamic and become perfect. Nowadays, education is given in english. There are many workshop classes such as : yoga, computer, massage, karate, sculpture, classical music & dance, instrumental teachings, painting, sport. Each and every faculty has been kept under an experienced teacher. Five teachers have been deputed particularly for literature, Hindi, english and Sanskrit. For improving moral values inside the children, councellings have been given by the teachers and every Saturday « Sri Mad Bhagwan Gita Pravachan » is delivered by one teacher expert, Pandey jee. We have also a medical team comprising one Doctor in homeopathy, one compounder in allopathy, one nurse. They are taking care on the health of our children, but also they are running four « mobile clinics » in four different poor and remote villages. Prescriptions, medicine for treatements, are all free of cost for these poor people in need. I have never seen before such type of beautiful school. Its name and fame has highly widespreaded. Mummy jee already got two awards ( national and international ones) for the excellence of the work. I hope that it will continue like that, and pray God for its everlast success and its long duration

eanamitabh:- The tree of happiness
In twenty first century, the entire world has developed so high. Science, a number of man made products have made our life so comfortable and handy. One side our India too, is making a remarkable achievement on international level on the other hand the world too, is increasing at a rapid speed. No doubt the intelligent mind of scientists has completely changed the figure of the world. Still there are a number of people in India are so far from the basic needs of their life. They do not know even the right concept of life. There are so many trusts working for the betterment of these poor and helpless people. Jeanamitabh welfare trust has been working for seven years for the same purpose with its many prolific branches in many villages. I, personally as a supervisor in this school, feel so fortunated to be a part of this social work. It will be a precious chance for me to help more in the future if needed. I request all the citizen to co-operate this beautiful trust to achieve its target

The word of the students

October 2008 It is said that « WATER IS LIFE », and specially in places where it is scarce, where people are missing it too much… But it doesn’t keep the same meaning when water suddenly takes a huge form up to be transformed into flood! « FLOOD » then sounds as a natural disaster… A word that unfortunately refers to destruction of life, human difficulties and human’s death. Our state of Bihar, has been regularly – quite every year – an affected flood area, but this year the districts of Northen Bihar such as Supaul, Arariya, Sahrasa, Madhepura, Purnea, were most flooded areas than before, due to the heavy rain and subsequently to it, the dramatic crack (failure) of KOSHI ’s dam. KOSHI is a river which is situated at the boarder of INDIA and NEPAL. Due to the heavy rain, and because of its damaged condition, the dam of this river had broken. Suddenly, the water entered with fury in North Bihar through Supaul district and spread very quickly in other districts around. All the small towns and villages around were very soon full of water! It happened during midnight, while all people were sleeping. Many houses and other belongings were distroyed and carried away by the speed of water. People were caught in the flood, crying, running here and there, trying to escape. Many of them as
JEANAMITABH TIMES N°2 | 4
well as animals were drowned in the flood. Difficult to say, in that panic, how many people lost their life… Uncountable mothers lost their babies, many children were found lost without mother and father. The situation was very critical! It was a terrible game played by nature! Those who could escape from the waters were remaining there, roaming, in a piteous state… Even the basic neeeds could not be saved! Nothing to eat, nothing to drink, except the polluated water of the flood, nothing to cover their body, facing also medical problems… Separated by the water from the rest of the world, just waiting for help! But some of these areas were very difficult of access with no facility available to rescue them. Though Bihar Government tried its best level with the funds coming from all India and other countries also, on sending Army troops with boats, on opening relieved camps where food materials, clothes and medicines were provided, it was not enough at all, so that, non-governemental Institutions decided to give their contribution also, but none of them was going to those very remote places difficult of access , where a mass of people was remaining there without any assistance. On hearing about their bad condition, our Director Mummyji (Jeanne PERE )
and the staff of « Jeanamitabh » Boarding school decided by compassion to help them. So, Mummyji along with all the workers of this Trust, collected money from Bodhgaya’s people with the children of this school. That amount was joined to Mummyji and staff’s donations and with those of two french sponsors who immediately decided to contribute to that charitable cause. It is told that « little drops make an ocean »! It is true that this cooperation gave us a very good energy to go ahead! Then, during three days we prepared in our Boarding school, with the help of our school mates and some local people, around 2000 food packets and collected maximum clothes from local people… And we went to the flood remote areas, where nobody had gone before, with a full truck of materials. It took two days to reach there ! Mummyji contacted there with the Police Inspector in charge: Shri Vedanand Mishra who cooperated us very much, providing us a room to stay and two plolicemen to help us to reach those difficult places. Next day we went near the flood victims. We could see how much their situation was alarming… We made a camp in which we distributed the things hand in hand quite easily at the beginning, but it became then very

difficult because the people were unable to stand in queue and wait for their paquet each one in his turn, because they were too much hungry from many days. After a while, they started fighting and trying to rob the packets…It was dramatic, we had to adjust! Although the food materials provided by us, as basic needs to survive, were very useful , it was not sufficient at all , because of the mass of poor people gathering there... After a 3 days’ pious work on helping , we were very much sad to observe that we could not fulfill the hope of many of them. Mummyji was not satisfied at all and decided to prepare a second trip. That second trip was financially organised principally with the help of two Volonteers: Katia from Switzerland and Gudrun from Austria who were kind enough to help Bihar people in big difficulty. It took 5 days this time, we could pack 4000 packets around , we went with three trucks, and the distribution plan in same areas was better that time than before as we could distribute peacefully the packets from « jhuggy » to « jhuggy » (the small bamboo huts hastly provided to the victims as temporary shelters) or from the top of the trucks. The work and contribution of our
Trust - even ponctual and small as a drop in the ocean of Destruction- was very helpful at that time for those needy and helpless poor people. Some big students, including us, were part of the 1st trip as others of the 2nd trip. It was a very big and rich experience for us and we are very grateful to Mummyji who allowed us to participate at this mission, giving us the opportunity to serve these poor victims in need, who lost everything in flood. Their blessings will always inspire us to go ahead in Jeanamitabh’s helping missions.
We feel very much obliged to those who were helping us in such critical condition. With big thanks!

ur pen friends arrived with Mummy jee at our “orchard”. Forty friends entered our kids’ temple “jeanamitabh Boarding school”. Our children offered their garlands and all shook hands and met one another. All became very happy. Hearts felt a new pleasure on the arrival of our new guests. Although some children already met them by pen, that day was a lucky day because they could
really see them, and realized that they were fortunated because they were coming from so far away. This meeting was revealing how much affection was flowing through the exchanges between our Jeanamitabh dear children and our volunteers friends. The school activities started that day by welcome songs performed by our girls students, after embracement of god
parents and friends. After that they visited the school and did a programme with Mummy jee for the duration of their stay. From the next day, our friends got involved in our routine and some guests, who were already teachers in France, started taking the classes and teaching in English as well as in French. It was a fun to learn to French for us. Some methods were explained by the help of English language, specially to the senior students who were somehow mastering English. The classes were taken regularly for a week. Students were taught many lessons in French as well as some songs. Some other friends decided to help at the sport work shop and they did very well. It was a remarkable experience to share with them. They were so kind that we really missed them when they left us. Some of us were crying. What is sure that we all learnt from each other in that rich relationship

n the occasion of 62nd independence Day, students of “Jeanamitabh Welfare Trust” showed their homage and regards through a well prepared jhakiyan to show. The people of Bodhgaya appreciated it very much with amusement and surprise also. Really, the scene was astonishing for the on lookers. People were feeling some emotion on seeing the form of Bhagat Singh, who sacrificed his life for the Nation. Not only this one was showed but the scene of the kargil war with soldiers, who sacrificed their lives for the protection of our country. The scenes of country people were very inspiring and encouraging, awaking in the on lookers the sense of the duty towards the Nation. One of our dear children, Soni Kumari of class six, showed a marvelous form of Laxmi bai which was praised very much by the people standing in the side road . The clapping of on lookers was encouraging. The students of “Jeanamitabh Welfare Trust” as well as the Founder

: Jeanamitabh is a most dedicated and prestigious school situated at Bodhgaya and run by a charitable Trust under the sincere guidelines of Jeanne PERE Director, founder and Sponsor - helped by the Secretary Anand Vickram. I feel greatly proud of being a teacher of this boarding school. I have been working here for around two years. This school was set up in 2002 since then it has been rendering outstanding service to the society and going ahead. The main purpose of this school is to provide quality of education to the children, belonging to the poor and unprivileged families and even to the handicapped children and orphans. Today, there are 230 students and 12 teachers in this school. Teachers of this school are well trained and qualified and are fully devoted. This school imparts not only the value of education but also the value of humanity in consideration of the inner development of the children so that they may be able further to face every challenge coming towards them. Many a student is getting higher education after getting elementary education from this school . Some are preparing for IIT, or medical career, to lead their life happily. This school has been providing smile and confidence to a lot of poor downtrodden students. It is also a Boarding school which provides food and other facilities to the children all free of cost. It has become a guiding star and gained pride and reputation far off places. A number of schools are being run by this Trust in Bihar and Jharkhand sides. A number of social works - despite providing education - are being done. The honorable Director Jeanne PERE, Mummy jee, founder of this school and Secretary Sir Anand Vickram are sincerely dedicated to the complete development of this Institution which has got a prestigious position at Bodhgaya and even in other places. Mummy Jee has been very thankful for all the staff of Jeanamitabh school for the achievement of good education for the benefit of poor children. Therefore, many types of awards have been provided to Jeanne PERE by government and she is going to Bangkok for international star golden award in the month of November. + %$ Educated women have definitely to play a role in the Society. Why not the role of teacher? An educated lady can serve the country in the humble capacity of a teacher. The education of children mainly depends upon women. Women can build up the character of children. But women can do also research . Some examples prove that they are winning levels in art, literature, philosophy, music and painting. We are fortunated in having very intelligent girls who are anxious to have training in foreign countries. They have been given scholarships by the government of India and many of them have proceeded to the U.S.A., the U.K. and other western countries and have made their mark as educationists. Women in India do not want to lag behind any activity. Women can also render social service whenever there is flood, famine, earthquake or some other natural calamity. We can also take the example of our President of India, she is lady and she became by her presidency the first Lady of our India. We can take the example of Kiran Bedi the I.A.S. officer of our country. We have so many examples like this. Women, surely have a very important role to play in modern India. Manju kumari - Teacher

She extended her hands as a boon for these children. Her hands proved a bless for all these deprived children. She kept helping by “jeanamitabh welfare trust for poor and helpless children”. She never looked back and at the present moment she on top in social work with a Boarding school, many primary schools, mobile clinics and health camps. 5%%(); ( ( In fact, countless people take birth on this earth. They come and live their life as they want pass it with full luxuries. They never think of others, but it’s not completely true. A French lady is a current example that God sends someone as his representative to look after the poor, helpless and exploited people. Working since many years in India jeanne pere (a renowned social worker from France), has proved that if one has strong will he can help the deprived, helpless and kicked people by the society. No one can stop us. Working peacefully with her management team, she has totally elaborated her working sector including primary schools and medical camps in various villages. Being a teacher of this Trust, I personally feel so hilarious to be a part of this social work. I find my self so proud that I got a chance to help these poor students with Mummy jee and her management. It is very rare to find even a single person who does well for others. Every one is busy in his/her personal life but the features of a lady from France are quite different. She gets pleasure when poor and helpless children live happily. She smiles when these children smile. Obviously, Jeanne pere (founder of Jeanamitabh welfare trust), popularly famous as Mummy jee is quite different from other selfish and greedy people. I, Deepak kumar, as an English teacher, have been working for three years in this trust. I personally make hard efforts to make the students efficient and proficient in English , which is considered as the Oxygen of new generation. Since, they have to face stiff competition therefore; they are immaculately trained in group discussion, debates, seminar, interview, pronunciation and other valuable skill of English. I wish a prosperous and bright future to these children and Trust from which is emanating happiness to countless poor children. Thanking. Deepak kumar - English spoken teacher

Wednesday 22 nd of July 2009 A Solar eclipse competition was held at Boarding school under the suggestion of Mummy jee. The class started from 10 o’clock and the children were instructed for participating in the competition. After the prayer in the hall, teachers and students exchanged their views about that Solar Eclipse. The children were very curious to know all about it, So Mummy jee and teachers explained that phenomena. Then competition went on in class VII, VIII, and IX. This type of competition is very useful for our learning students as it develops their capacity of thinking, their creative and imaginative skill, and train them in a literacy exercise. Most of them were writting conversations or poems in english language which was taken in account in the selective marks. Three or four were selected in each class and received a prize, as a dictionay for the 1st one. You will find these articles enclosed in the News. ** I-) Tell your friend to assume the number of his brother in his mind. Now tell him to add one in that number. Now he should multiply it wit two and add three. Now tell him to multiply with five and add the number of his sister. Subtract 25 from the total sum like this you can find the number of his brother and the one of his sister. The first number will be his brother and the last number will be his sister. Note:- There is no place for zero.

I am very happy to meet you again, at last ! So long time, it is true… Did you forget me? Come close, I will give you light my dear.

M—I did not forget you at all. I did not come because my father didn’t give me permission. He was thinking that both – Earth & Myself - we were creating you a lot of difficulties …He told me : “Your brother Sun is very angry with you and Earth. If you go to him he will destroy you”. That’s why I did not use to come. But today I took big decision to come because this meeting is part of our Destiny. S—I have not any problem with you, Sister, not any complain, but I am very angry with the Earth. She has turned her back on me. Long time I didn’t see her. I, unceasingly donate her light and energy to maintain life in her planet. With the help of my powerful light, all creatures, trees, all nature are nourished and do exist in the form they are. In return, no awareness, no thanks, no pure worship is coming to me, but a lot of pollution, a lot of gases, mind negativities, sins, dirtiness, violence are rising from the Earth. It is affecting me too much because they are not using life in a proper way! M—I am very sorry for the pain you are feeling. It is true that majority of people on the Earth are unhappy and getting mad, living without any value. They are not approaching you, because you will burn them, you have that power to kill them. But they are coming on me and spend time to do their experimentations. Have you thought that why? It is not to give me love or any kind of help, they want to use me, exploit me, they want me to become their property. They discovered, that I have no power to push them back. I am very simple, and my intention it is not to kill them, but to grow with them peacefully in respect of each others. Keep positive my brother because we are the two major forces always present in the Universe, we have no right to be depressed ! Ok ! Now I am going because I guess that Earth is becoming impatient and angry so then she will send people to live on me. And I don’t want that ! M—How are you, after such a long time? S—I am well, thank you. Tell me which news have you brought? M—(With pleasure) I have at least a good news to tell you. S—What is that news? M—Some days before 5 people from earth came to visit me. S—What? But how they could reach up to you? M—They came by rocket. They took some photographs of me too. They told that they would give them to my sister earth. S—Did they give you anything? M—No chance, they did not give me anything. S—Ok , leave this matter. Are you listening to “lories” like it was in olden times? M—No, Sun, nowadays mothers don’t tell lories anymore to their kids. Perhaps they have forgotten this beautiful one ‘chanda mama dur ke’. I feel sad. S—Same for me…A few people used to worship me before. But now, they don’t do it anymore. I feel alone. M—(During departure) Ok ! bye, bye. See you again. S—Bye bye, happy journey to you.
Sun—Hey moon ! What happens ? Why are you coming in front of me to day ? Moon—Hey Sun ! I came to meet you after a long time because I have to talk with you my brother, I need to hear from your wise reflection. Try to make me understand why people are coming and sending satellite on me, quite often, and never they are reaching you . Sun—I am sure that it is because I am more powerful than you, my light is fire, and if they try to climb on me, they make themselves burn . Moon—Yes, you have a good weapon ! I have no chance to be free of them. The dinosaurs disappeared many years ago, can you tell me where they have gone? Sun—They went to a spiritual kingdom millions years ago. Moon—Oh…I see ! Sun—You know Moon, the people on Earth are just thinking that they are looking at a solar eclipse, but they cannot imagine that we are talking about them, while they are becoming very clever ! They have got the place of Arybhhat geographical scientist and from there, they are hazing at me by the telescope of Arybhhat Moon—Don’t mind, I am covering you by all my body, and I am hiding you totally, that’s why it is dark on the earth, so none of telescope will run in front of me.
Moon—Oh, that is why you are shining more than me, so proudly to show your power to attract them. What cruel you are, my friend ! Why don’t you accept the fact that because you are shining too much, many people are not able to work on earth. This is the reality ! Sun—It is not my problem, but their mistake, because they are acting bad and their ancestors also were doing bad. You should know that I radiate my rays more on the bad people, those who are fighting, abusing, drinking wine, teasing, disrespecting, killing animals etc. That’s the punishment they deserve ! Moon—OK, I understand …Let’s change the topic ! Can you tell me what are the most beautiful things you have seen in the world? Sun—I know the seven wonders of the world. They are Tamarac, Eiffel tower, Pyramid of Egypt, China wall, Hanging garden or Babylon, Howrah bridge, Cave of Ajanta. Moon—Oh Great ! Sun—Can I ask you now, what do you know about me? Moon—I know that you are a ball of fire and a big source of vitamin “D”. Is it true? Let me know now, how can we get vitamin “C” and “D” at one time? Sun—Eat lemon in front of me. You will get vitamin “C” and “D”.
Sun—Do you know exactly after how many years we finally meet?
Moon—OH, I see… Thank you. Who is your obedient disciple on Earth?
Moon—yes, after 2100 years.
Sun—Sunflower is my only disciple which obeys me in all directions.
Sun—you have a good memory Moon. Moon—Listen ! I think that you are too much hot at that time in the sky, that’s why rain cannot fall down on the earth. It is July and due to that condition, paddies are not ready … So what people will eat, specially in Bihar ?

All this is totally wrong, it is disturbing my program and make me more and more hot, that’s why I cannot help them. Which good action are they doing? Is there any people on the earth who help the poor ? I think no… Moon—How dare you say that? M—Oh yes, I understand, my friend, sometimes you are shining too much, it is true that it is unbearable. But in another hand, people cannot live without your light, because you help them to survive. So, why they should not love you?

S—Yes moon, my light, even strong, is also helping the people and some of them are aware of that and worship me. But I am sad when I see them complaining due to high dryness which affects cultivation in the fields, rivers, trees, small plants and so other many things too. What can I do ?
Sun—Yes I heard about her. But I am too much busy to know everything about her.
M—You should think about it seriously because it will affect the whole Planet if your sunrays are dispensing heat in the form of fire. You should diminish your power. S—Yes, but try to understand my matter also. If I am not giving enough light how can people get vitamin D ? M—I don’t know, just make up your mind, and maybe a solution will come to you. S— They are complaining with me also as I am giving too much heat! M—Ok, no problem, we have no choice than to give them light and energy ! So we have to continue… Bye… I always miss you so much and I won’t forget you. S— Same to me…Bye my Sister. Take care JEANAMITABH TIMES N°2 | 25

M—Hello, Sun brother. How are you feeling this time? I am very glad to see you again.
Being decorated the Moon went. To have a vision of her brother. Stars smiling bade good bye To their beautiful craze.
S—Ha, Ha, Ha ! Our meting will make all the people, living and non living, pleasant. It will be at the right time when you cover me. The earth will also go in dark for some minutes and everywhere it will become cold and the wind will also be cool. It will be difficult to work for the people because of the darkness. M—You are talking as if we were meeting for the first time but we have already met so many times ! S—Yes, but for them, in the Earth, it is quite a new story. Oh! It happens now, we are face to face and they are all looking at us… M—I look at yourself “ bowl of fire”. S—Welcome to you “plate of milk”. M—Ok Sun! Time is over, we have to move, no more time now to spend together on talking. Slowly, slowly I follow my path…We will meet next time. Bye.

Time to meet, after 2100 years Moon’s heart went up and down Mind was crazy with zeal. It was too far but mind was cool Oh, Sun I came to see you Bringing some surprise for you I fear, please do not send me empty My desire should not be destructive Tell Moon, how is your Earth? Has the pouch of your desire not been exposed? You used to tell about your beloved And stories of your inhabitants Sin has overcome our Earth It has become totally hell People are suffering badly Earth has become evil world Do the human not lull to their babies? Do the lovers not delicate you for their love? These days women are reading English on Earth Who will ask me now my brother World has already changed now. Before few days Chandrayan came from Earth He brought two or four friends with him He was telling: “I will make country on you I will make paradise on you” After watching the corruption on Earth I will burn the whole Earth If the people will not reform themselves Really I will destroy the whole creatures After taking Moon in his arms He went smiling As love meets his lover In any beautiful garden.

There was a championship of boxing in Bihar at Katihar and it was a very big chance for the students of Jeanamitabh Boarding school , under the training of their teacher Raj Kumar Sidhartatha (Banthey jee), that four students had been selected to participate in this competition.
Karate is very important for us, as a human Being and as a student also, because it is giving us a kind of self confidence. It is also useful nowadays in the climate of violence in which we live. If by misfortune some one, somewhere, wants to fight with you, then you can protect yourself or you can help others to be protected. There are many kinds of karate as like: martial art, boxing, thaikando, kongfu.
So, Sunny Rajvansh (cl. IX), Raj Kumar ( cl.VIII), Santosh Kumar(cl. IX) and Awadesh Kumar ( cl. XI) accompanied by their coach, went by train to Katihar to attend this contest. A number of boxers from other districts like Purniya, Katihar, Bhagalpur and Munger came to participate in this contest. It was a very good experience for us ! We had to fight against the boxers of Purniya. I t was the

@ Yoga is a very must in our stressful life because it makes us fit and healthy without the need of any medicine. It gives us a positive and creative mind. Yoga is a “sadhana” as well for the body than for the mind. Yoga makes our life meaningful, exciting and worthy. In India as well as in foreign countries, yoga can be of a great benefit for those who practice, as they can get a very durable health and a nice behavior by the help of yoga. As it has been well mentioned in other articles, the education level of Jeanamitabh Boarding school is paramount, and this is possible because of the well management of the classroom and study. For this purpose there was a selection of monitors in each class for the maintenance of a good management and good discipline. All the classes of my school got new monitors. These monitors were instructed to run the class properly.

The height of Dhungeshwari hill is more than 100 feet. There is a bush wood on this hill. People say that some time ago, dead bodies were burnt at that hill. One day, Lord Buddha was passing through that woods, in the form of a sage. Having seen him, people considered him as a ghost and they started running. Lord Buddha sat on meditation for six months at that hill. He kept fasting and meditating until he grew thinner and thinner. His body became so much weak and thin that bones could be seen. Lord Buddha took out some rotten and torn clothes from the cemetery and covered his body. There is a temple under the hill and on the upper side there is also another one with Lord Buddha statue when he was ascetic, in the cave where he was meditating. Now, it is a place of worship and a tourist place. People from far away come and visit that temple. Once upon, Dalai lama, too, came to have a sight of that temple. Some monks are keeping this place now, but also Apes, monkeys, bears can be seen there around. This temple is an immortal example nowadays in the 21st century, of peace and non-violence preached by Lord Buddha.
Students of “Jeanamitabh” played football matches against “Buddha team”. It was a great pleasure for Jeanamitabh team because they won on continue three matches in five matches. Theses matches were very interesting as we could measure our strength against them, it was a good training for us. “Jeanamitabh team” won the two first matches. Both teams were equal and both were playing well, though the players of Budddha Team were seniors to those of Jeanamitabh. The last match was the fifth match and “Jeanamitabh team” showed great zeal and excellence of football playing. The players of Jeanamitabh won again this match and were declared finally winners of this tournament . Players of Jeanamitabh Team

What a beautiful moment when we listen to a verset of the “Bhagawad Geeta” explained by one of our teachers Sir Rajesh Pandey! It is quite easy to understand that spiritual awareness, it gives us a good feeling and we are inclined to follow it . We know how much important it is to get a happy and prosperous life on this earth. To fulfill this dearth of knowledge, a“Bhagwad Geeta”workshop is organized in my school. This activity is managed on every Saturday in the morning after the prayer. All the students gather at the Assembly hall and chant the “shlokas” and “mantras” which provide us a high level of peace in our mind. Geeta kumari • Class - VI

The Finest Art I am a student of class V and I participate at all programmes given by our Jeanamitabh Boarding school. Dance and music are an immortal Art, a divine sparkle of life, it gives us inner satisfaction and makes us physically fit and self dependent too. A variety of dances are taught in my school: Kathak, Bhangra, Kathkali, Nat Nritya, are some important ones. I personally learn “Kathak”. This dance takes me close to the God. I feel so glad when I can perform this dance on the stage.

Jeanamitabh Times on 19th of January on Monday : The departure of our dear and loving friends was accompanied by meaningful songs : « Jate jate rula Diyr ye shaki aisa prem diya … ». All persons present - kids , young or old ones – were showing deep emotion, eyes were full of tears when the departure was given . It is commonly said that « God is becoming slave in front of the love of Devotees ». The love of the heart is really uncomparable with other things. When any Devotee remembers God with heart, then God arrives to him and puts a form in his demand. The work done out of the heart always succeeds. Our « orchard Plants » are growing under the shed of Mummyjee. When she called the Pen friends and Volunteeers, they came happily to visit and met us with the gift of love and affection. It is under their help and blessings that our children can go on growing nicely while taking a good knowledge. The day is now not so far when we see a better achievement for those who even didn’t know before what Education is. Informations collected by Reeta Sinha • English teacher

Thursday 27 th August 09 Two students were selected for the Boxing Competition at katihar. In “Jeanamitabh:, children are not only playing Boxing, they have being given also the knowledge of education as well other type of technical knowledge in different workshops: sports, computer, sewing, music, karate, yoga, sculpture and creative art ( as toys making and knitting) etc. That means they had a few time to do a big training in our school. To recognize the sports excellence, the physical educational department of Gaya Mr. Ashok kumar did a selection of players who were noticed in the list of Magadh Distsrict School Play Boxing Competition. Two students of our school were selected by this Department: Raj kumar and Santosh kumar. The in-charge of Boxing Competition in our school is Raj kumar Sidhartha Gautam. Under his guidance these students learnt this art and, after selection
from Gaya, went to katihar for showing their skill on participating in the competition. Two other children-boxing players- were accompanying them, as supporters. This competition was held on 30 and 31 August 09, on Sunday and Monday regularly. Our competitors came back very happy with medals and trophies (2nd and 3rd position). And we joyfully welcomed them. It was one more achievement for “Jeanamitabh Welfare Trust” which proves that – apart from general educationour children can take great interest in other activities and show their excellence in the matter, which is on the long term beneficial for their own life.
