PREAMBLE You have just acquired Our new voice synthesis card and let us congratulate you. You will find in this manual, al1 information allowing you to bring it into service.

Generalities Card SYNI 1 replaces card SYN08 (preceding generation) with certain additive functions: Possibility of use the diagnostic tool (VEC03) to parameter the card, Function with the 2 types of Autinor CREP (ID & AF), Possibility of re-recording the messages with "analogie" headset telephone connected directly on the card. The functions first of the SYN08 are maintained: Function in decimal mode or CREP (AUTINOR), Start of ,the messages by validation input or not, Possibility to repeat the messages or not, Selection of common 24V or OV, Put in possible "cascade" (loss of volume which can be compensated by adjustment of the volume potentiometer).

Characteristics The SYNI 1 Card has a capacity of 90

seconds recording broken up as follows:

24 messages of 3 seconds (1 to 24) 4 messages of 4.35 seconds. (25 to 28) If higher messages are necessaries, it can be associate themselves. It has 16 distinct inputs from selection of the messases and 1 input of validation. The affected message at each entry can be programmed. According to the parameter setting of the input, the message can be started after validation or not like repeated or not. The higher the number of the input is, the more the input has priority. Example: If the contact of overload is connected to the input E12, that it is active, and that the input E3 is also active, the message of the input E l 2 will be pronounced before ,the message of the input E3.

In the case of operation by CREP, the assignment of the message according to code CREP is parameterised. ~ u p p Voltage: ~y 12V to 28V continuous Power sound: 5 W (12V14 Ohms or 2 4 V l 16 Ohms) Loud speaker: 4 / 8 1 16 Ohms
