TERROIR The plot “ Les Crays” is located at the foot of the rock of Vergisson on a steep slope very hard floor. It is sheltered from the North, the vines are the highest of the appellation Pouilly-Fuissee.
CLIMATE After a meticulous work in the vineyard, the grapes are harvested by hand, winemaking and farming take place in barrels for 18 to 24 months.

VINIFICATION This wine stays in barrels (10% new)
TASTING NOTES This wine is full of elegance and minerality, it offers aromas of white flowers, stones and dried fruit.
