Declaration Since January 2 2014, the mask fell: Hun Sen, the puppet of Hanoi and Beijing has just shown his true color, that of the communist dictator. Aware that his time has come, he is no longer hidden behind the Democratic brand. He massacred peaceful demonstrators and innocent as animals are slaughtered. By his character and thus how he proceed, this first trend of killing was of a rare violence, indicates that all democratic institutions in Cambodia is dangerously shaken. Of course, this attempt to return to the Pol Pot regime will result in a patent failure for the one who believe can intimidate the Khmer people. This is actually a boomerang, this time, signed his death warrant and, at time, tarnishes the prestige of countries that have the nerve to defend Hun sen. The international community condemned the massacre with the utmost rigor and now demand not negotiation between the opposing parties but an outright reelection. This violation of human rights and citizens is the most monstrous that we have known so far. Even those who had known the Khmer Rouge in 1975-1979 could not doubt. It is more than time for the international community to draw a lesson that one cannot change a communist, a dictator by sacrificing innocent live in total disregard of their life and the fundamental principles of human rights. The international community must perceive in that bitter awareness. The game of Hanoi, which is to push Hun Sen to betray Paris Agreements of 23 October 1991 in all impunity, is now unveiled . Diplomatic action Hanoi to mislead public opinion just turns in fiasco. By repeatedly despising Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, Hun Sen is now more than ever isolated. We have always said that times have changed, but those who still believe in the invincibility of the winners of the Vietnam War will face the evidence. For those who think they can continue to frequent that government, as are those who believe more "reasonable" to resolve the current political crisis through negotiations, it is time to reconsider it. How, indeed, can we leave the Khmer people in this inconceivable poverty, in this revolting indigence, how can we leave these Cambodians at the merci of these executioners of the new killing fields and, worse, leave the perpetrators of these ignoble crimes in impunity. No, communism is desperate and polpotisme should not be reborn again whatever forms. Together, we must denounce these monstrous obsolete practices for the emulates of Pol Pot, Stalin and Mao will never come back on this planet again. Now, the struggle of Khmer people against these satans continues unabatedly. The innocent Cambodians who are victims for nearly a century of these barbarities of another age, this endless genocide, will not allow these perpetrators of these ignoble crimes in impunity, never again. They will show these annexation robbers who have robbed and continue to rifle their land, their resources, their life and condemn them to live in this living hell, that they will win at any price. Those who burned their homes to install plants, stole their natural resources, will be brought to justice. Those who have violated their most basic rights include that they do not weigh next to the civilized world. The process implemented by the communist Indochinese Federation since April 17, 1975, after 45 years of unremitting efforts (since1930), could not be dismissed by the Paris Agreements of 23 October 1991: by delusional diplomatic subterfuges, Hanoi and Hun Sen’s click had contemptuously violated Cambodian people and let Khmer intellectuals speechless. But modern technology has completely and irreversibly changed the perspective and the plan of the perpetuator of crime. It must also be said that if such human disaster could happen, it is because the international community, as the international police, left or otherwise facilitated the Vietnamization of Cambodia for strategic interests. Cambodia, according to some, is a "tragedy with no importance." It took the flagrant violation of the fundamental principles of human rights and democracy so that they reopen their eyes. All these misfortunes that the Khmer people have

experienced so far are more due to the unwillingness of the international instances than the invincibility communists already losing the face. In a few years ahead the Vietnamese population will reach 100 million. Also, even though Hanoi organizes another genocide in Cambodia, massacre all the Khmer Krom Kamuchea and that of Laos and other people around, the crisis still cant be resolved. It will take all other ASEAN countries to feed the Vietnamese. The solution must come from the determination and the responsibility of international community. It should be seen as a crime against humanity which already begins in Cambodia: savage sacking of local people’s land and resources and their less economics, massive flow of Vietnamese’s colons, no more no less than an opened colonization, the hot and cool extermination in various ways etc. All these are nothing else but an extermination and an opened declaration of war from the historical persecutors of genocide whom Khmer people could not face. The international community and international police must not continue to assist as spectators, or can be considered as accomplices of that utter ignoble crime against humanity. It is still time to stop this process. It’s to remind here that, the failure of the Freeworld as that of the application of the Paris Agreements of 1991 was not due to the power of these rogue nations but the lack of sense of responsibility of these international instances, the scorn that some democracies devoted to their own values. The last declaration of M. Sam Rainsy in an interview with China Phoenix TV to which he claimed, himself or his CNRP has aligned with the communism China, has shocked Cambodian people who love and struggle for freedom and democracy, in particularly among the victims of Maoist communism ideology. This position according to him, is a response to the alignment of the USA and alliances with Vietnam. International community must not see in this declaration as the willingness of the Khmer people but personal and familial issue of M. Sam Rainsy with Sihanouk, royal family and China. The international community must fulfill its role, respect its principles and values and has the duty to enforce the respect of Paris Agreements of 1991, and the inalienable rights of the Khmer people.
