Rémunération des dirigeants mandataires sociaux Lors de sa réunion du 18 décembre 2008, le Conseil d'Administration du Groupe DANONE a étudié les recommandations MEDEF/AFEP sur les rémunérations des dirigeants mandataires sociaux des sociétés cotées. Pour l’élaboration de son rapport sur le contrôle interne et sur les règles de gouvernance qui sera rendu public en mars 2009, le Groupe DANONE se référera au Code de gouvernance d’entreprise ainsi modifié. Le Conseil rappelle qu’un grand nombre des mesures qui y sont préconisées ont déjà été mises en œuvre au sein du Groupe. Dans ce contexte, le Conseil veillera à mettre en œuvre les dispositifs appropriés permettant le développement d’un management durable, connaissant les métiers et la culture de l’entreprise et engagé dans sa réussite à long terme. L'ensemble des dispositions concernant les dirigeants mandataires sociaux du Groupe DANONE sera détaillé dans les publications élaborées en vue de la prochaine Assemblée Générale des actionnaires en avril 2009.
