Commission in charge of the selection of candidates for a temporary workspace-residence in La Forge managed by the Association T.R.A.C.E.S. INTERAL REGULATIONS Object The Commission is installed in order to proceed, in total transparence, in the selection of candidates which have submitted a dossier of candidature in the framework of the project T.R.A.C.E.S. à la Forge. Composition of the Commission The Commission is composed of : 2 artists external to the Association T.R.A.C.E.S., 2 members of the City of Paris (Direction des affaires Culturelles et Délégation à la Politique de la Ville et à l'Intégration), 3 members of the Conseil d'Administration of T.R.A.C.E.S. (dont au moins un artiste). Delai of the mandate The members of the Commission are designated for one year by the Conseil d’Administration of the Association T.R.A.C.E.S. If one post of a membre becomes vacant for whatever reason, the bureau of the Association T.R.A.C.E.S. nominates another member for the rest of the period. Functioning and quorum The Commission is constituted by the members mentioned above. It can legally meet, if at least three of its members are present. The examination of the dossiers is done on the basis of artistic criteria defined upon proposition of the Association T.R.A.C.E.S. in the framework of the project T.R.A.C.E.S. à la Forge. Whenever possible, the Commission shall retain several candidates in preferential order for each temporary workshop-residence to attribute in function of the available workshops. Periodicity and convocation The Commission meets twice a year. The calendar of meetings is defined by the Association T.R.A.C.E.S.. The written transmission of the day order with a minimum of five working days is equivalent of a convocation of the meeting. Besides, in case of need, the Association T.R.A.C.E.S. can call the Commission, by any appropriate means, in order deliberate on an exceptionnel day order. Statement The rapporteur of the Commission, is designated by the members of the Association T.R.A.C.E.S. and writes a report of the decisions. Confidentiality The members of the Commission as well as the rapporteur are obliged to secrecy as far as the discussions are concerned, as well on informations of personal caracter on the candidates discussed during deliberations.
