Times: Menn roll call from 8 am to 8.30 am
Women n roll call from 9.30 am to 10 am
Organization: The organization will meet the standards set by the French Fencing League (FFx)
Registration: Fencers can register for the competition until Wednesday November 28th, up to 11.59 pm • For FFx afliated members, registrations are to be made online on the FFx website • For the members of a foreign club, registrations are to be sent by e-mail to the following address
[email protected] , complete with your frst name, surname, date of birth, club name, country, license number.
Fee: The applicable fee is 15€ Foreign fencers can compete free of charge. Ruling: There’s a referee assigned to every 4 fencers. This referee can be a referee only or a volunteer within the fencers. Contact n Maître Gilles Jafrézic n 06 09 66 23 23.

Triophies: The frst 4 fencers in each category will be receive trophies. Catering: A food-and-drink stand will be available throughout the week-end. No food is allowed on the fencing strip
Equipment: Our sponsor « xscrime Difusion » will have a selling stand all day. Hiow tio get tio the Gym : By car n From the motorway, follow the signs « Le Havre centre » / « Le Havre city centre » , then head to the railway and coach stations following the sign « Gares », go past the stations and turn right straight ater the railway station. You’ll be on « le cours de la République », along the tramway tracks, the Gym is two blocks ahead on your right, behind the music school (a big grey building). By trainn You can reach the Gym on foot from the station. It’s a fve-minute walk. By ferryn The ferry terminal is not far from the Gym. It’s a 15-minute walk. Shutle busn There will be no need for shutle buses since the hotels are all within walking distance from the Gym.
