QQ. What is the best process for using the 7-Day Body Cleanse? AA. Shake vigorously before opening. Add 1 packet (1 serving/30 mL) of concentrate to 250 mL of water. Stir or shake to mix. Take a single dose at bedtime 2–3 times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Allow at least 6–12 hours for laxative effect to occur.
