April 23 – 24 - 25 2011 The “Club d’Orientation de Mulhouse” invites you at the international event - 3 Days « Easter in Alsace 2011 » A 3-stages competition with a global ranking. Support to the French Military Clubs Championships. Place :

Stage 1: Saturday, April 23rd - Lauw - middle distance – first start 13.00 Stage 2: Sunday, April 24th – Lauw - long distance – first start 9.00 Stage 3: Monday, April 25th – Riedisheim - middle distance – first start 9.30

Directions: Signs for stages 1 and 2 from the event center. Stage 3 from Mulhouse Railway station “Gare”, then follow « Parc Zoologique » and then the red and white orienteering signs. Maps: New maps realized during winter 2010/2011 by Dubo’carto. Scale 1/10000, contour intervals 5m for all but stage 2 for elites 1/15000 and H10/D10/Initiation string course 1/5000. Terrain:

Stages 1 and 2: mountainous terrain. Many details. Good penetrability. Stage 3: Hilly terrain. Many paths. Varied vegetation.

Distances:

S1: Parking – Finish: 800 to 1700m / Finish – Start: 1100m + 100m uphill. S2: Parking – Finish: 800 to 1700m / Finish – Start: 1500m + 75m uphill. S3: Parking – Finish: 100 to 400m / Finish – Start: 500m (Start for initiation races and H/D10 closer (half the distance)).
