Paintings Today, time getting ephemeral. Related to this fact, the value of the life, reality and the meaning of love getting lost. Imaginatıon is lacking and gettıng temporarily as well. My painthings, I am catching image that connotating individual memories. In daily life’s I feel getting lost in diversity of memories, objects, sense, ideas, news, experiments. For this, my paintings are like taking a breathe. Mostly, I chose metaforic way to express the value of personal history. Duality of meaning and the paradox of view surroundings us. My surroundings impulse me to ask questıon that about that. Imagınation improving itself trying to fınd value of life. Besıde these dualıty of the menaıng, More or less these images come to my mind from relationships of things and people which touched me in a way. Somehow, these images also related with human life. In other words, the meaning of the images belongs to our collective conscious, value.

The magic of Prague is a series of 36 photograhps, searching and depicting the reality of view behind artificial cover. The title of the series refer Turkısh photographer Cerkes Karadag who made series of Photographs with the same title. The city of Prague still is the place one dreamed with its protected historical view, mystical atmosphere. Prague is known to capture, to shot nice photographs to see, as photographers do. Turistic reputation presented Prague as a museum city. To be there, to see there, to stay there for a one week is becoming the most important target for turists. For the pass on Charles Bridge, to buy etching of old Prague on the bridge or to have one thing in a poll of gift with Kafka, Mucha, Prague Castle on it. When I was in Prague for the first time. I’ ve known I didn’t feel as a turist. I gave my own shape to Prague by old books, poets, paintings, etching and Kafka’s stories, and historical and personal memories of Artists. But I could see easily that Prague turned into image related

to Capitalism. Besides this, I heed whisper of the city. I went place noone wanted to see, I visit old town in an early hours and see them bared without crowed and noise of turist. Consequently, Old facades, Art Academy, Monuments on Bridges told me their tales, their sadness in a silence way. Then they apologized me and said: Sorry, The overtime work is started, crowd is coming closer, sellers is coming as well! They are exhausted with the voice of shotting. As you guessed, there is no nice Prague view is presented. These photos not taken by selecting good frame and show how beautiful monuments, etc.. The question is reality of fake and reality in life (daylife) by an internal and essential expression of confrontation with famous Prague.

‘’It is said that there is window from heart to heart; But no window exist if there is no wall around.’ ‘Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi’ Turkish Sofi I inspired my video and exposition project by this short text. Exposition including three photographs which shows the same window but in different aspect and different effects. Also 6 drawings of portraits presented in the space. Portraits indicate pıcture as on id document. in this mean it is shown them as a person to be known.

Accumulatıon of one year, is the video about expression of melancholiic and fantastic period lived in Czech Republic. I record it myself.ıt took place in the corner of dormiiitory room seems like atelier.. Video basically shows action of painting. Painting papers, pants, something more around my small space. With this action I try to explode and explore myself while workiiiiiiing. I wanted to make it spontaneously and Express as pure as possible. Therefore, ı wait fort his record till months and when time came ı had just started front of the ready handycam.Video takes about 15 minutes and perfomed in the early moening.. There is no music while the action , ı didnt add music later for approaching the idea of concantration as real as. The question is for me, how ı could manage to experiiience of discharge with full of eagerness and anxious. This made me hesitated somehow while destroy my works, one could see it in the last part of video. At the end, destroying of the Works are also part of dischargement of feelings. This is kind of experimenttaion and satisfaction before move myself an other place.

This installation is made in the theme of Art in Public Space fort the Project Lİghthouse Ankara. The work is presented as a video in exposotion place( the main hall of Traın Statıon) The place ı chosed to manıpulate ıs a intersection way between arrival and departure area ın ASTI( Ankara main bus terminal) As a person, who is travelling a lot I got memories on that way since ı had moved ın Ankara.Each time I found myself something new, experiments, matured when ı got Ankara from an other city or country, or I feel full of excitemet of adventure, curious about unknown feelings and relatıons to place where ı go for.It derived me to put trace of travelling covering some windows on the way. I used material which can diffuse ıts own colour on the flor like a shadow . I belıeve that it fits my idea and made stronger.
