(I draw your attention on the fact that the house “Le chant des oiseaux” is exclusively rented to the above mentioned persons and no one else). 1 – Reservation The reservation is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of .....% of the price, (made either by a bank transfer or by traveller cheques to be sent by post), the balance being paid at least one month before the 1st day of your occupation. Very exceptionally, the price could be paid in cash on place to Moulay Ahmed. – Occupation The dates indicated on this contract must be respected. If the terms of this agreement are not respected, Moulay Ahmed (or Fatiha) is allowed not to give you the key of the house, or to refuse any additional person, (whatever his age is), as well as any animal. Regarding to the neighbourhood, please respect the usual rights (as for ex silence during the night). 4 – keys A key will be given to you by Fatiha (or Moulay Ahmed) who will be awaiting for you in the house. Before leaving, Fatiha (or Moulay Ahmed) will visit the house and make a short inventory with you to be sure that nothing has been damaged. Then , if everything is in order, the key has to be given back. 5 – Arrival or Departure arrangements Do not hesitate to arrange with Moulay Ahmed to pick up you with a taxi at the arrivals of Marrakech Menara Airport. (For security, he will not be authorized to wait for you inside the airport). In case of an important delay, please call him (00 212 68 94 32 06) to advise of your late arrival and the new expected scheduled time of arrival. Idem to bring you back to Marrakech Menara Airport, also ask to Moulay Ahmed to order a taxi for you. 6 – Safekeeping Deposit No money is required for safekeeping. In case you break something, please be kind enough to replace it. If you notice any damage in the house, please tell it to Fatiha. she is able to tell you a correct and approximate price of what has to be replaced or repaired. You can be in trust and give money to her. For important damage (fire, water damage, ..), please immediately inform Moulay Ahmed (or Fatiha) to cure the problem (a teleboutique or phone shop is close to the house) and advice the insurance company of it in due time. a) The house is rented with the maid’s service. b) In case you want to stay by yourselves, please note that, in case of troubles or disfunctioning or non respect to the terms of this signed agreement, Fatiha (or Moulay Ahmed) is authorized to come and check into the house. c)I, hereunder, Mr. …… …………………. or Mrs. ………………………certifies to let the house clean and good working as I found it when I arrived. Fatiha, as Moulay Ahmed, are reliable people. They will not be (and me too) considered responsible for any clothes or objects which could be “robbed” in the house, occupied or not. Be careful with your key, your money, your watch or jewels when you walk outside. They can be put in a secured and locked place. Ask for it to Fatiha.
