Witolda Pileckiego street 122, Warsaw - ARENA URSYNÓW February 8, 2018 (Friday) - 6.00-9.00 p.m. - weapon control February 9, 2019 (Saturday) – 12th WITOLD WOYDA'S FOIL – individual competition SCHEDULE: 7.00-8.15 a.m. - weapon control 7.00 a.m. - warm-up 8.00 a.m. - scratch 8.30 a.m. - round of poules 13.00.a.m. - direct elimination 6.00 p.m. - FINAL (4 fencers) 7.30 p.m. - award ceremony FORMULA: FIE JWC formula, i.e. one round with groups followed by direct elimination table without repechage. RULES: the tournament will run according to the FIE and EFC rules. The participation is reserved for the fencers with licenses, born 2002 and younger. 1 referee for 5-9 fencers of each country, 2 referees for 10-15 fencers, 3 referees for 16-20 fencers. Penalty 500 € for every missing referee. Entry fee 20 €. 1 hour before start of individual competition meeting referees with EFC delegate will be held. Participation of all referees at that meeting is mandatory. EFC rules >> ENTRIES: all fencers and referees must be entered through EFC web site by respective national federation office. PRIZES: the winner will get a REPLICA OF THE OLYMPIC GOLD MEDAL from Munich signed by Witold Woyda and with commemorative inscription, as well as FOIL WITH BLADE COVERED WITH 24 CARAT GOLD. All quarterfinalists (8) will receive the medals in bronz, crystal cups, diplomas and honor trophies of POLISH OLYMPIC COMMITTEE
February 10, 2019 (Sunday) – 10th GOLDEN TEAM CUP TOURNAMENT – team competition SCHEDULE: 7.30 a.m. - warm-up 8.30 a.m. - competition begins FORMULA: direct elimination, classification matches 1-16. RULES: the tournament will run according to the FIE rules. The participation is reserved for the fencers with licenses, born 2002 and younger in the national, club or mixed teams, as well international. The numebr of teams is not limited.
