This CCD has achieved excellent color reproduction by adopting RGB Bayer pattern color filter array, and provides a 1/4-skipping mode (that reduces the number of output scanning lines by 75 %) for a monitor mode readout .Using this CCD enables compact, high-image quality digital still cameras.
