MEAL

It will be possible to take the lunches on the place of the congress. The buffet dinner of 29/08 is optional at the 25,00 ! price. The reservations will be made via the Web site of the symposium and also with the form of registration.

ACCOMMODATION

The participants will take care of their accommodation. A list of hotels close to the site of the symposium is available on the Web site of the 21th GP2A of Rennes. The participants take care to reserve their room directly to the hotel of their choice and settle the payment according to the conditions proposed by the hotel.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND (REPAYMENT)

The change of participant’s name can be made at any time. In case of cancellation before August 01st, the expenses of registration less 60,00 ! will paid off. After this date, the refund (repayment) will not be possible any more. There is no cool of cancellation in case of refusal of an abstract by the Scientific Committee.

COMMUNICATIONS AND PRICES COMMUNICATIONS BY POSTERS

The participants who wish to present a communication by poster are invited to subject a summary in English before June 15th, 2012 to the Secretariat of Organization of the 21th GP2A. The template of the summary is downloadable on the web site of the symposium. At the time of the submission, the authors also have to specify the theme of their work (organic synthesis, hemi-synthesis or conception around a model of natural origin, use of the biochemical tool, molecular modellingdocking and computing), this information is also asked on the form of registration.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

The authors who accept that their communication by poster is selected for a possible oral communication, have to specify it at the time of the submission of their work as well as in the form of registration. All the instructions for the submissions of the oral communications are accessible via the Web site of the symposium: http://www.gp2a2012.univ-rennes1.fr. The authors are invited to use the tool of submission of on-line summary.

PRIZES FOR THE BEST “ORAL COMMUNICATION” AND “POSTER”

Thanks to the supports of the company ManRos Therapeutics “from Sea to Pharmacy” and the Canceropôle Grand Ouest (French National Cancer Institute, http://www.canceropole-grandouest.com), , two prizes with an amount of 250 ! each will be respectively awarded to the best oral communication and the best poster presented during these 2 days of the 21th GP2A. The selection will be made by a jury appointed by the members of the Organization Committee during the symposium. One the main assessment criteria will be the best adequacy to the general themes of the “Groupement des Pharmacochimistes de l’Arc Atlantique” which are the discovery of new molecules of therapeutic interest, the molecular modelling-docking, the use of biochemical tools for the elaboration of molecules of interest, the hemi-organic synthesis or the conception around one model of natural origin.
