StEM Mini-movie Access Procedures 07/20/05 Following is the procedure for gaining access to the ASC/DCI StEM material. Be advised that there are different versions of this material. (e.g. 4K, 2K, RGB and XYZ files). A comprehensive list is provided at the end of this document and will be updated on an asneeded basis. 1. Contact one of the participating Post Production facilities from the approved vendor list provided on the last page of this document. 2. They will provide you with an executed copy of the DCI StEM User Agreement. 3. Review the document and if agreed, sign and return the original copy to that facility. (A faxed copy will suffice to begin the transaction, however, the original agreement must be returned within 5 business days of the execution.) 4. Requests for utilization of the material that is outside the realm of the User Agreement shall be discussed with DCI on an individual basis. 5. The requesting party is entirely responsible for compensating the Post Production facility. 6. When the recipient of the StEM is finished with the material, they shall delete the material from their systems. The material was designed for the following purposes: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
