Dear Sir, After the disaster of the 11th September which led all free to share your suffering, you will inevitably have to go through a whole process of reconstruction of one or multiple buildings which are at the same time a memorial setting and a symbol of freedom that should be shared between people living together. Several teams of architects have already started thinking about this task of reconstruction. Even though some of them have already attained a plan for this task, only few have seriously taken into consideration the concept of security, which should be from now on the basis for every future reconstruction of all high buildings. As soon as we saw the American film "the Infernal Tower", we, Denis SLOAN (architect) and Claude DELALANDE (officer engineer fireman in Paris), myself started thinking seriously about this problem. Our work, which has taken a long time, is based on ideas from the film as well from multiple tower fires in the world. We came out with the conclusion that this type of very high reconstructions should necessarily take into consideration the point of view of fire professionals and architect designers, this is a matter of very great importance. During our reflection, we concluded that the 'CENTRAL CORE' of current constructions was the 'tendon d'Achile' of buildings. Hence, we wish our completely innovative concept of the said "POLYCENTRIQUES TOWERS" be known. This concept will make it possible to avoid any predetermined disaster, to guarantee a total and easy evacuation of occupants as well as an effective intervention. This will certainly avoid the total collapse of so conceived building, including any possible impact of plans or missiles. Would you please examine the aptness of our concept. We really wish to collaborate effectively with the team of the LMDC in the objective of reconstructing "GROUND ZERO".
