The Paris Fashion Academy Award Ceremony is an “Event-Fashion Show” which occurs during the most famous social events in Paris such as Le Bal de Paris, which is hosted by famous fashion designers. In 2008, the Paris Fashion Academy Award was presented by Pierre Cardin, in 2009, by Jean Claude Jitrois, Ambassador of Fashion and Tourism for Paris, in 2010 by Editors-in-Chiefs of two leading fashion magazines. Also in 2010 Paris Fashion Academy was under patronage of French Minister of Culture Frederic Mitterrand. In 2011 we are supported by European Fashion Council. The date of the event 3d December 2011. The objective of PFA Award is to provide independent fashion creators with full-service: 1. Presentation of their collections during the ceremony; 2. Attendance by the elite of French Fashion and International Society; 3. Organization of full and comprehensive media support; 4. Networking and connection with professionals. Objective of PFA Promotional Program and Opportunities: 1. Dinner-evening fashion show. In addition, we offer fashion designers a small stand in the hallway for Press Kits and sponsor information; 2. Show to famous fashion designers and professionals their creations; 3. Publicize in popular fashion and social magazines with articles all over Europe and America, 4. Have photos and videos reportage about the Award ceremony what they could use in their county for the promotion; 5. Make contact with professionals in the industry.
Registration in the Paris Fashion Academy includes: 1.A place at the event with fully equipped catwalk, sound, light, security, DJ, photographers, hostesses, decorations, bar, back-stage facilities, maintenance, show directors, models, stylists, hair and make up; 2. Press kit and photos in the “Designer’s Collection” section of the event program; 3. Copy of complete photos and Video (with all rights of reproduction) on CD and on our site; 4. Invitations to VIP guests, Famous Fashion Designers, Famous People (European Royalty and Nobility), Press (Fashion and public Magazines, Newspapers and TV; 5. A promotion by name by post mail and E-mail 2 weeks before the event; 6. Access to our Website for photos and videos; 7. A “Paris Fashion Academy” Trophy Award, given to each creator, as a tribute to their participation, including an official photo for press use. Each Designer must provide: 1. Collection, selection, transport, transfer to the Paris and storage; 2. Press-presentation kit, list of pieces, prices (for the Press-Kit) 1 month prior to the event; 3. Selections, direction, choreography and accessories; 4. Transport, transfer, accommodation, insurance, food and back-stage direction; 5. Participation fee. Participation fee: Participation fee for the PFA Award 2011 is 5000 euros which should be provided before 10 October 2011.
