STATE OF THE ART DEINKING PLANT 400-450 BDT/DAY RECYCLED DEINKED PULP PLANT

The plant was started in 2002 and is designed to produce 400-450 BDT per day of a high grade pulp. The design of this line is unique and efficient and can be considered as a state of the art plant.

Pulp quality : The plant was designed to produce a high quality pulp, as bright as bleached virgin kraft pulp (over 94 D65 %iso). This is the highest quality of recycled pulp available for high quality printing grades or tissue paper. Nevertheless, it is possible to produce lower grades (newsprint, packaging board, …). To produce such grades, our pulp & paper engineering specialists will redesign the plant for you. A data sheet of the pulp produced by this mill is joined to this document. A final ash level under 4% is reachable.

Waste Paper quality : Normally papermakers use high grade waste papers (mainly office waste) to produce such high quality pulp. This plant technology allows to produce this pulp using also common grades like household collect, old magazines, … or special grades like Wet strength waste paper, release liner, …

Main suppliers : -

Most of the equipment for the pulp recycling were supplied by METSO or VOITH. The pumps are from AHLSTROM. The motors are from SIEMENS. Specific sensors are from METSO or BTG. DCS is from METSO (DNA METSO).

Pulp drying and baling line : A second hand equipment able to dry and produce conventional bales of pulp is also available.
