Solaris Operating System - Releases Most Current Release Solaris 10 Operating System (OS) • The latest update release is Solaris 10 6/06.*

• Available via download or media kits.

• As with earlier versions, several Solaris 10 update releases are planned to come out prior to the next Solaris version. *Note:

The interim Solaris 10 3/05 HW 1 and HW 2 releases are no longer necessary. Customers using platforms for which these releases were originally created should now use Solaris 10 6/06 or 1/06, which include support for these platforms plus important enhancements not found in the HW releases.

Objectif général :

L'objectif de ce cours est de former des ingénieurs système maîtrisant les bases fondamentales du système d'exploitation UNIX ainsi que les tâches essentielles d'administration de système sous Solaris. Cet enseignement est basé sur les fondamentaux Unix et Solaris 10 (SA100), ainsi que SA200/201 et SA202/203 pour l'installation et l'administration système sous Solaris 10 (architectures Sparc et x64/x86) dans le cadre du programme Sun Academic Initiative.
