Introduction :

Introduction:

During the poster sessions, each presenter will be required to stand by their poster; attendees will walk around and view the different posters. There will not be an “official” poster presentation in front of a classroom or group. Dimensions & Panneaux :

Size & Poster Boards:

Your poster should be printed. There is no mandatory poster size but it should fit well on an 80’’ X 80’’ or 203 cm x 203 cm presentation panel (see picture below). In many conferences, a popular poster size is usually 36″ X 48″ or 36″ X 60″. You should check with your printer (or printing company) the maximum size possible. Posters should be designed and constructed so they can be attached to the poster board with Velcro tape. Eight Velcro tape dots will be provided for each poster. Additional tape may be requested at the Registration Desk.
