NOTES: all OP-AMPS powered by +/- 14.5 volts except TL082 powered by +18(++)/-14.5 waveshape sweeps continuously from triangle to saw to square to pulse you may want to eliminate the level VCA and replace the 3080 with a regular OP-AMP I take no responsibility for parts being the wrong values as the original schematic was illegible all pots were unlabeled but I think 100k linear will work
