ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT Rollover Bar - Cooper

54 61 003 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING ROLLOVER BAR REMOVAL 1. 2. 3. 4.

Tilt seat backrest forwards. Remove rear seat belt from rollover bar. Release screws. SeeFig. 1. Remove rollover bar towards top. See Fig. 2.

INSTALLATION 1. Position rollover bar in chassis. 2. Replace Torx screws (use Loctite). 3. Tighten mounting screws to 18 N.m.

54 61 011 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING BOTH TRIMS ON ROLLOVER BAR ON LEFT OR RIGHT REMOVAL & INSTALLATION 1. Remove panels for rollover protection. Unclip front trim (1) from rear trim (2) and remove. See Fig. 3. 2. Ensure trim retaining lugs are not damaged or panel is scratched. Replace trim if necessary.

54 61 021 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING BOTH PANELS FOR ROLLOVER PROTECTION AT FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT REMOVAL & INSTALLATION 1. Remove rear side trim panel and head restraint. See Fig. 4. 2. Removal of the panels on the left side is depicted; proceed in the same way for the right side. Unclip panel (1) with plastic wedge. See Fig. 4. Feed anchor fitting (2) out of panel. Remove panel. 3. Ensure retaining lugs are not damaged or panel is scratched. Replace panel if necessary. 4. Install release screw (1). See Fig. 5. Tighten screw to 18 N.m.

Remove panels for rollover protection at front. Remove stowage shelf. Remove screws (1). See Fig. 6. Remove panel towards rear. Ensure retaining lugs are not damaged or panel is scratched. Replace panel if necessary.
