TOURNAMENT RULES ARTICLE 01 The tournament is for children, laid in a national federation Boys and girls born in 2007, 2006 and 2005 for Saturday U11 Boys and girls born in 2005, 2004 and 2003 for the U13 Sundays The production of a license with a photo and an ID card or passport (photocopies not accepted) will be required for each player competing for the tournament. No exceptions to this rule can be accepted. Licenses and identification documents will be submitted to the Organising Committee one hour before the opening of the tournament.

ARTICLE 02 Each team will be consisting of 5 and maximum 10 players must provide 2 lots of outfits of different color matches.

ARTICLE 03 For all matches of the tournament, the application of the Official Rules of Basketball published by FIBA, is the repository. However, some modifications and clarifications must however be made.

1. Playground All meetings will take place in two areas of regulation size. A Wavrin, in the Salle Leclerc - Leclerc Street. A Wavrin, in the Halle des Sports - Verdun Street.

2. Material Equipment will be provided by the host association and shall be defined before the beginning of each first meeting of every room. The ball will be: size 5 for U11. size 6 for U13. The height of the baskets will be for U11 2m60 and 3m05 for U13. Each team must bring their own balls for trainings.

3. Referees and table wizards The Wavrin Weppes Basketball undertakes to appoint the referees and assistants on each table meeting of the Tournament. Teams can bring their umpire and official table, in this case there will be a referee and an official from each team

4. Bench Team Only the coach and assistant coach (if mentioned on the scoresheet) and substitutes will be allowed to remain on the team bench during play time.

Hens matches: 2 periods of ten (10) minutes each, not counting stoppage time, except during the last minute of each game, and systematic arrest of each period of play sound on impact. Matches Rating: 2 periods of ten (10) minutes each, total time, with systematic stop at the end of regulation time. The interval between each period of play is three (3) minutes. U13: Hens matches: 2 periods of ten (10) minutes each, not counting stoppage time, except during the last minute of each game, and systematic arrest of each period of play sound on impact. Matches Rating: 2 periods of ten (10) minutes each, total time, with systematic stop at the end of regulation time. The interval between each period of play is three (3) minutes.

6. Timeouts For all matches Number: One (1) time-period allowed by game and team. Time: Thirty (30) seconds each.

7. Cart three (3) points The value of a shot beyond the distance of 6,25m (1st dotted line) shall be three (3) points.

8. Replacements Requests for replacement of one (1) or more players without counting the time, authorized by period of play and team. Requests for unlimited replacements.

ARTICLE 04 The ranking of each group will be drawn from the following scale: Match won 3 points Draw 2 points Match lost 1 point Match lost by penalty 0 points A team not appearing at the indicated time to play a game by forfeit will be declared beaten (20-0) and mark zero (0) points. If it is present but does not enter the field after call of the referee, a timeout will be charged to him. During a match, any attempted fraud of a team (identity of a player, ...) deemed by officials or organizers, will be sanctioned by the loss of the match by penalty (20-0).

ARTICLE 05 In the ranking in the event of a tie between teams, they will be classified as follows: Cart particular goal average (difference between points scored and points conceded for the match or matches between these two (2) or three (3) teams). Best Attack (largest quotient of points scored on the actual number of matches played) if the difference is zero. Best Defense (smaller quotient points against the actual number of matches played) in case of equality.

Five (5) team throws made by five (5) different players. A draw will be conducted to identify the team to carry out its first free throws (alternate shooting). It will be performed as many series of throws it takes to separate the teams.

ARTICLE 06 For all matches: The coach must present the "five" entry players held two (2) minutes before the end of the previous match. Any team that does not comply with the above instructions will have a handicap of five points.
