DESIGN NOTES There are several versions of Psylocke, and her powers have undergone so many changes, but it’s easiest to distinguish between her original form as a pure telepath and her Kwannon form as a telepathy or telekinesisassisted ninja. While she has gone from telepathy and using psychic knives, to a mixture of both telepathy and telekinesis, to acquiring the ability to shadowwalk, to using telekinesis alone and manifesting psi-katanas (not included here, but would be Penetrating Damage under her Telekinesis array), to regaining both, the heart of her character is still the psychic ninja. Thus, I added a degree of complexity here with her Psychic Ninja power. She needs to first use her Psychic Awareness or Mental Probe to establish Mind Reading, after which she gains augmented combat ability. I don’t like using Resistible by Will because you usually have to apply that Flaw to most of the ranks or else it becomes too easily resisted.
