NOTICE ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Western Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Association Meeting for the Election of Directors and Officers, and Annual General Meeting will take place during the UPDATE 2018 Airworthiness Symposium on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at the Coast Plaza Hotel 1316 – 33 Street NE Calgary, Alberta T9A 6B6 During the first meeting the election of Directors and Officers for the New Year, April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 will be held. Directors elected at this meeting will take office after the adjournment of the Annual General Meeting that follows. The following positions are open for nomination: Director (two in total) Other Officer positions (Treasurer, Secretary) are elected by the Directors at the first board meeting after the Annual General Meeting. If you are nominating or being nominated, be sure that the Nominating Committee receives your nomination paper before the start of the elections meeting.
