1.

Prescribed use

The training panel is a component of the modular training panel system TPS 8.2 for automatic control technology.

2.

Location of use

Operate in dry rooms, which are suitable for experimenting with electrical operating equipment or installations.

3.4. Description/function The motor generator set 734 11 comprises two identical 20 V DC permanent-field machines which are coupled with a flywheel. The machines have been designed for 20 V/0.47 A at which they supply n = 3000 rpm. The (motor) input is 16 , the (generator) output is 45. The machines can be connected to ground on one side via sockets

5and 6.

The flywheel has 60 light/dark segments which rotate past a photo-electric barrier. A digital signal in rpm (revolutions per minute for a counter base T = 1 s) can be tapped at output 3and a corresponding analog signal can be tapped at output 2via a D/A converter.

1

In accordance with the machines: the value 0 ... 3000 rpm ^ 0 ... 3 V can be displayed on a multimeter with the measurement range = 3 V.

5.

Putting into operation and operating

The device is inserted into the panel frames and connected to a suitable ±15 V power supply device, e.g. cat. no. 726 86.
