Every year several contests draw many variety of entrant: such as from high school’s science study group, college research program, Technical engineering institute R&D group, and known corporation sponsored entries in several different fields of technology. Event organizer will provide most of participant vehicles from Japan for this inaugural event. Also Thailand has a history of exhibiting similar contest with gasoline powered vehicle in many years. Contestant officials have prepared standardized power source which will be provided equally to each contestants. There will be minimal adjustment to fit into altered power souse into electric from their existing vehicles without difficultly. It is initially expected more from their domestic party entrants with conversion from gas powered vehicles.

■ Location of event Bangkok motor circuit at Seacon Squire, Bangkok, Thailand Central world plaza, formally World trade center was largest of its kind in Thailand for long time. But since opening of this mega size shopping center Seacon Squire in Srinakarin Road is taking over its crown. Not only biggest in Thailand but largest of entire south east Asian countries. They have a department store “Robinsons”. Discount goods store” Lotus”. Thailand’s own mega book store ”D.K”. Track has located right behind of this popular shopping spot. Event days are expecting to drew huge crowd to spectating from there.

■ Event program 1. HONDA World Econo Dream in Thailand Our Thailand event is sanctioned as kick off event for year championship for 2007 World Econo Move Grand Prix Series. Rest of event is residing inside of Japan, This event has a significant of own kind in the deferent weather condition and location from them. Event organizer will be providing equal condition batteries at beginning of the event. Vehicle regulation has given for its three dimensions. With in three meter long, narrower than 1.2 meter and it must be less than 1.6 meter high. Each competition vehicle has powered by two of twelve volts and three Amps batteries thru competition that similar to used in moped motorcycle. It must be equipped and compete for two consecutive days of running for distance. Previously winner of event clocked more than mere 2,100 Km/liter distance that equivalent consumption as a gasoline powered vehicle. Total distance has been measures by two consecutive days of trails. Time allowed to competition is clock for consecutive 60 minutes (Or 120 minutes if applicable by rule). Most distance has been recorded is a winner. Must run for both days (10th and 11th). Total of both days distance are combined to determine for over all result.

■ Event program 2. Eco Forum Multiple panel discussions have been scheduled in two days. Several lectures are address in same time in the location. Agenda include education for young scholar to learn and understanding their future has been greatly involving with better environment. What kind of guidance will be discussed by experts, parents, family and societies. In fact, back bone of movement has been supported by automobile industries. This event, they will be bringing real stories from currently available models of hybrid vehicle and development demonstration of cogeneration power for future market. There will be many panel discussions and lectures are planed by them. It must be many eye opening information and colorful prospective for environment future.

■ Event program 3. Eco Vehicle exhibit Not only several vehicles from Econo Move participants. Current hybrid vehicles from manufactures. Electric powered vehicles. Electric go karts. Solar powered vehicles. Other ecological vehicle in general. Display panels are also posting in location for more educational information for any level of learner.

■ Event program 4. Kids Solar Car Contest 12 years and under can be participate for actual drive/ride on solar powered vehicle. Kids has required for pre shit in lecture prior to on board. Organizer will provide well safely prepared vehicles for each contestant. All finisher has been awarded by official certificate of “Kids Eco Goodwill Ambassador (Tentative title)”

Kids will be heard for first time and learning about new word of “ECO”. This practice can be leading experience for better future to conserving our energy by using more wisely.

■ Event program 5. Kids Eco Car Experience Using of cranking bicycle pedal by them demonstrate measuring for generating energy by human can be equivalent powered by alternative battery used in this competition. Comparison includes from ordinary gasoline powered engine can generate how much difference from Eco car’s one. Mean time in craft class has actually build own solar powered model car at location. So kids can see real story has trust worthy in there own eyes.
