MaxEnt 2006 Twenty sixth International Workshop on Bayesian Inference and Maximum Entropy Methods in Science and Engineering CNRS, Paris, France, July 8-13, 2006
Dear MaxEnt2006 Submitter,
As general chair of the 26th International Workshop on Bayesian Inference and Maximum Entropy Methods in Science and Engineering (MaxEnt 2006), I am delighted to inform you that your paper A MINIMAX ENTROPY METHOD FOR BLIND SEPARATION OF DEPENDENT COMPONENTS IN ASTROPHYSICAL IMAGES" by C. Caiafa, E. Kuruoglu and A. Proto has been registered as the paper number 10 and is accepted for presentation during the workshop which will be held from July 8th to 13th, 2006, at CNRS, 3 rue Michel Ange, Paris, France. The specific assignment to either an oral or poster presentation can be found in the list that follows the closing registration deadline. The precise schedule is being organized soon, and we expect to have this information on our web site http://www.maxent2006.org shortly after June 6th. The early registration deadline is May 15th, 2006 It is recommended to register as soon as possible. We remember that, it is required that at least one of the authors is registered for each paper. It is important to note that, even if you are allowed to present your work during the workshop, its inclusion in the proceedings of the conference is subject to the result of the peer review during the conference and to the general chair and editor's decision. Contributed talks will be 20 minutes with additional 5 minutes for discussion. Speakers are requested to keep strictly to the time allocated for their presentation. Poster sizes will be determined and poster presenters will be notified in a future email. It is expected that the poster will not exceed 60 inches wide (150 cm) by 48 inches high (120 cm). As you probably know, thanks to the Jayne's Foundation, we may be able to give some partial support for those participants who cannot really obtain enough support from their institutions. This support can be in the form of registration fees weaving, or reimbursement of travel or lodging expenses. For the distribution of this support the priority is given to students, post-docs and faculty members. If you need to take benefit of this support, please inform me very soon.
