Marathon Monocycle International de Rennes Règlement (Rule book in english pages 3 and 4) Le marathon Monocycle International de Rennes 2016 sera organisé dimanche 12 juin. Les concurrents devront se tenir près pour 9 h 45 et le départ sera donné à 10 h précise.
Type de courses Deux courses à monocycle en ligne (départ commun) seront proposées : - un semi-marathon (une boucle) ; - un marathon (deux boucles).
Parcours Le départ sera donné près du site de Mi-forêt (Liffré) sur la D27 en direction de Saint-Sulpice-LaForêt. L'arrivée sera jugée au niveau du site de Mi-forêt (48,19° N 1,55° E). Le parcours est une boucle à parcourir deux fois pour le marathon.
Catégories Les catégories pour le semi-marathon sont : - standard : roues jusqu'à 29'' incluses sans axe à vitesse ; - illimités : autres roues. Le semi-marathon est ouvert aux catégories d'âge 13 ans et plus. Les catégories pour le marathon sont : - standard : roues de 29'' sans axe à vitesse ; - illimité : toutes les configurations développant plus que les roues de 29''. Le marathon est ouvert aux catégories d'âge 16 ans et plus. Une catégorie d'âge sera ouverte si au moins 6 coureurs de cette catégorie sont au départ. Les différentes catégories d'âge sont celles reconnues par l'IUF. Limite de temps La limite de temps est de 3 h. Les marathoniens devront couvrir leur première boucle en moins d'1 h 30. Inscriptions Les inscriptions sont à faire en ligne à partir du site du club organisateur Rennes-monostars.fr Le tarif est de 20 € jusqu'au 10 mai puis 35 € jusqu'au 31 mai. Aucune inscription ne sera prise après cette date. Il est expressément indiqué que les coureurs participent à la compétition sous leur propre et exclusive responsabilité. Les compétiteurs mineurs devront fournir une autorisation parentale de participation. Les coureurs français devront être en possession d'une licence UNSLL valide. Les coureurs étrangers devront présenter la licence sportive de leur fédération de monocycle ou à défaut un certificat médical datant de moins d'un an mentionnant l'absence de contre-indication à la pratique du monocycle sportif en compétition. Le retrait des dossards sera possible la veille de la course au complexe Commandant Bougouin,
10 avenue Alphonse Guérin à Rennes et le jour même sur place. Chronométrage et résultats Un temps pour chaque concurrent sera pris à l'arrivée et à mi-course pour le marathon. Les résultats seront disponibles sur place après la course et sur le site internet du club. Protections Les concurrents devront porter casque, genouillère et gants. Protection de l'environnement Les participants doivent conserver les déchets et emballages en attendant les lieux signalés par l’organisation pour s’en débarrasser (ravitaillements). Droit à l'image Par sa participation au Marathon Monocycle International de Rennes 2016, chaque participant autorise expressément l’organisateur à fixer et reproduire, sur tout support et par tout moyen, et par suite, à reproduire et à représenter, sans rémunération d'aucune sorte, ses nom, voix, image, et plus généralement sa prestation sportive dans le cadre de l'édition 2016. La participation au Marathon Monocycle International de Rennes implique l'acceptation expresse par chaque concurrent du règlement.
International Unicycle Marathon of Rennes Rule book The 2016 Unicycle International Marathon of Rennes will be organized on Sunday, June 12th. The competitors will have to be ready at 9:45 am and the start will be given at exactly 10 am.
Type of races Two on-line races on unicycle (same start) will be proposed: - an half marathon (one lap); - a marathon (two laps).
Route The start will be given close to Mi-Forêt (town of Liffré) on the road D 27 in direction of SaintSulpice-La-Forêt. The finish line will be at Mi-Forêt (48.19° N 1.55° E) The route consists of two laps for the marathon.
Categories For the half marathon: - standard : maximum 29'' wheel not geared; - unlimited. The half marathon is open to 13 years and more. For the marathon: - standard: 29'' wheel not geared; - unlimited. The marathon is open to 16 years and more. An age group will be opened if at least 6 runners of this category are on the starting line. The various age group are the ones recognized by the IUF.
Cutoff time The cutoff time for the marathon is 3 hours. The marathon riders will have to cover their first lap in 1 hour and a half.
Registration Registration on line on the website: rennes-monostars.fr The amount is 20 € until May 10th then 35 € until May 31st. No registration will be taken after this date. It is expressly indicated that the riders participate in the competition under their own responsability. The riders under 18s should have a written parental consent. The French riders will have to be in possession of a valid UNSLL sports license. The foreign riders will have to present the sports license of their unicycle federation or to produce a medical certificate dating less than one year mentionning the absence of contraindication for practice unicycle in competition. The collect their race number will be possible the day before the competition at the sports complex Complexe sportif Commandant Bougouin, 10 avenue Alphonse Guérin in Rennes and on the spot on
the day. Timing and results A time for every competitor will be taken on arrival and at the halfway point for the marathon. The results will be available on the spot and on our website. Protections The competitors will have to wear helmet, kneepads and gloves. Environmental protection The participants have to keep waste and packagings waiting for places indicated by the organization (supplies) to get rid of the waste. Right to an image By his participation in the 2016 Marathon International of Rennes, every participant authorizes expressly the organizer to reproduce, on any support and by any means, and as a consequence, to reproduce and to represent, with out remuneration for no kind, his name, voice, image, and more generally his sporting performance for the 2016 event. The participation in the 2016 International Unicycle Marathon of Rennes involves the express acceptance of the rule book.
