Equipment: Gas hob with electric oven, hob, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, flat screen TV, wifi connection free. Landscaped garden with automatic irrigation. After this period, the lease will be canceled . We can refuse any booking prior to the issue of our written confirmation. The presentation of the certificate of insurance exemption from payment of the security deposit € 2000. The landlord is not responsible for theft or burglary in the leased premises. 11) CHOICE OF RESIDENCE : For the execution hereof, the Lessor and the Lessee shall elect domicile in their respective homes.
