From 15h00 : Flying skills and navigation tests. 17h00 : Deadline for submission of return Flight Plans. 18h30 : Transfer to your designated hotel (Transportation by Club members). 19h30 : Departure (by bus) for the Cognac Golf Club restaurant. 20h00 : Dinner at the « Restaurant du Golf » . 23h00 : Return (by bus) to your hotel.

10h00 : Departure from your hotel (by bus) for the HENNESSY visitors centre. 10h30 : For the competitors : Cognac tasting test. For accompanying persons : Visit to the HENNESSY distillery and warehouse areas. For all : Shopping in the HENNESSY Boutique. 12h00 : Departure (by bus) for the Aero Club. 12h30 : Lunch at the Aero Club. 15h30 : Departure (by bus) for the Cognac Marina. 16h00 : Embarkation on the Gabare (barge) for a tour of the Charente River. 17h00 : Free time. 19h30 : Departure (by bus) from your hotel for the “Domaine de Bagnolet”. 20h00 : Gala buffet dinner. 23h00 : Announcement of the results of the flying skills and navigation tests. Weighing of the winner. Prize giving. 23h30 : Return (by bus) to your hotel.

From 8h00 : To the Aero Club from your hotel. Aero Club members will provide vehicles to transport visitors from their hotels to the Aero Club. (If in doubt call the Aero club on 05 45 82 13 51 from your hotel to clarify pick up arrangements) From 09h00 : Formalities and distribution of gifts. Confirmation of filed Flight Plans. Departures at the convenience of pilots.
