Entries: The Vancouver Grand Prix of Men's Épée is open to FIE-licensed fencers as selected by their National Federations in accordance with the FIE Quota for entries to Grand Prix events. Entry fees: The entry fee is €100.00 (or the equivalent in US or Canadian funds) per athlete. Registration and payment must be paid in cash in full, either at equipment control or to the organizers by the 9:00 registration deadline on Saturday, March 23, 2013. Rules and equipment control: Competition and equipment control in accordance with all FIE rules for 2013. Anti-doping controls: Anti-doping control will adhere to article 5.6.1 of the FIE Anti-Doping Rules. All controls will be administered by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport. Visas: If you need a visa to travel to Canada, the national federations must complete the attached form and send it by email to [email protected]. Upon receiving the requested information, we will send you an official invitation that you will have to submit, along with the required personal ID documents, to the closest Canadian embassy/consulate. L’inscription doit être payée comptant , au pointage, à la vérification des armes ou aux organisateurs avant l’heure de la fin des inscriptions à 9:00 Samedi le 23 mars 2013. Contrôle du matériel: Les contrôles d’équipements se feront en accord avec toutes les règles 2013 de la FIE. Contrôles Anti-dopage: Le contrôle anti-dopage se conformera à l'article 5.6.1 des règles anti-dopage de la FIE.Tout les contrôles seront administrés par le centre canadien de l'éthique du sport.
